Besvarelse fra architectwatches.co.uk
Hi Nasher, looking at your order (#3102), I can see you certainly ordered a black leather strap, I will send you the order confirmation email again so you can see this. The good news is even though the watch is customised with a name on the back, our 'snap straps' can be changed in less than 1-minute, without any need for tools. Just simply change the strap over to the one you were supposed to order. If you look at all of our 5-star reviews, you will see we like to keep our customers happy, so please send us an email and we can help you get the correct strap. Kind regards, Kasia.
Amazing ❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely beautiful watch and the engraving is perfect. The words used are from a very old piece of writing and they’ve come out perfectly. So happy with this!
