Lower case was replaced no questions asked

I truly like the design on this case, but unfortunately, this same case pushed the back glass of my new iPhone 17 pro max inward

Paid for express shipping to Malaysia, after 15 working days in total so far, 21 days in total waiting - i still did not get my bumper.

Thank you atleast Arc for refunding me that bit for express shipping, but please this is so disappointing. I have been having anxiety for 3 weeks now wanting my item that i had paid for, so badly. Checking consistently daily, and not getting it nor getting prompt updates on it's tracking, is extremely disappointing. I would love to continue buying in the future, and ofcourse have my girlfriend & family members buy it as well. But my experience does not encourage the enthusiasm of mine to do so.

Please please improve this and/or have authorized dealers sell them in my country atleast, in which case we can just walk up to the store front to purchase it in person easy.

Has anyone else been robbed by these clowns I have spent over USD 150 no product and nearly a month. My items have been in transit in the same place for over three weeks and no movement. Tracking useless. Just keeps changing dates every day when I check. No customer service. Emailed 7 times no reply. 2026 and no live chat. No contact numbers. Absolute SCAMMERS.

If you’re not 100% sure this product will work for you, don’t buy it.

The return process is completely manual, and you have to arrange and pay for the shipping yourself using whatever courier you choose. In my case, returning the product cost me €30 out of pocket.

I’m returning it because the official Apple wallet does not fit when using the case on the iPhone 17 Pro model.

High quality products which also looks good on your Device.

The costumer service is top notch.

I can only recommend this company.

Up to £1600 for 2 pieces of metal and treat customers with disdain.

After doing a lot of research I saw that the arc phone case was the best for me, with its minimalist look while still offering pretty good protection. A couple days after I got my case i unfortunately lost the bottom piece. After checking the warranty I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get a replacement but I emailed the support team regardless. That’s when Marina replied back automatically willing to help me with the replacement piece.

Really great product and an exceptional support team. I'll gladly continue ordering from them and referring my friends as well! I had an issue with the screen protector and they didn't hesitate to help me resolve it.

I ordered my first Arc in December. About a month passed where customer support kept telling me it was “lost” and that they were trying to recover it. It took about 4 weeks to receive a replacement, with very poor post-sale customer service throughout the process.

When the replacement finally arrived, it was the wrong model. I immediately requested a return so I could purchase the correct one. It has now been two weeks without any resolution, despite the fact that I already sent all the information and photos they requested. I’m still waiting.

I even had to buy another product in advance while waiting for them to process the return of the incorrect one.

To be fair, the product itself looks good. However, the post-sale customer service is by far the worst I’ve had to deal with in a very long time.

Exceptional company with amazing customer support. Really made it feel like they care about their customers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a superior product from a team of honest and professional individuals.

I ordered an ARC case in rose bronze over a month ago and still have not received it. I contacted ARC support and they graciously shipped me a replacement. I haven’t received it yet but I am told it’s on its way. I appreciate the immediate attention to my case and will very happy once I receive it. I love ARC!

Case fits great and feels sturdy. Doesn’t feel like it will come loose

I have been using this case for about 2 months. Overall it is fantastic. I love the minimalist feel, but it takes some time to get adjusted to the feeling. Especially if you are used to a bulky case. I have noticed some wear in each of the bottom corners. That I think is to be expected. On my case I also noticed a slight what I believe to be a machining error. When layed flat on a surface their is a slight wobble. The case does a great job of protecting the most vulnerable parts of the phone. I would not hesitate to purchase again. Great experience with the customer service and shipping was fast. Great job Arc Pulse employees, keep up the amazing job.
