Arachnospace Anmeldelser

Amazingly packaged and swift delivery!

Excellent, great product, brilliant communication, super fast delivery

Whenever I order from Arachnospace the products are delivered within a few days. This is especially important if you have bought a spider ad hoc and need an enclosure quick!

But, in terms of the actual enclosures, not much can be said other than they are the best out there, hands down.

Fantastic service as always. Quick, reliable, and excellent quality enclosures that are well worth the price. Arachnospace are my go-to spot for all my enclosure shopping.

Having these enclosures available in the UK is an absolute game changer for me and my spider hobby! Nothing comes close on a quality or aesthetic level in my opinion. Obsessed

They replied fast, helped me out with some details. Shipping time was also great, the quality of the enclosures is also very nice!! I can only recommend 🫶🏻

The delivery went super quick.

First time shopping here and it won’t be the last
ALL questions answered politely and immediately and nothing was to much.

Today I received The Gone Batty Coffin. Including the Galaxy effect coffin. Absolutely stunning designs. Quality size and finnish. Thankyou Arachnospace. Get stuck in people. You won't be disappointed 😌

This is my first order with your company. I received excellent customer service; I was kept informed throughout the process, and the delivery was well-packaged and prompt. Thank you.

Communication was clear and the item arrived on time, as described and in perfect condition. Very good prices too when you look at how much the Tarantula cribs are in America. Highly recommend!

Brilliant and speedy service, being able to buy a tarantula crib in this country was perfect for me to add to my growing collection of tarantulas, the crib was posted out very quickly and with full DPD tracking!! I will definitely be buying from arachnospace again very soon

Really brilliant excellent customer service

I've always wanted to try out Tarantula Cribs but the shipping, customs etc from the US to Germany were just too much for me. For that reason, I am so, so glad that Arachnospace exists! Besides the fact that the cribs are amazing, Richard is also very easy to talk to, answers fast if there is a question or issue, and is super helpful. I will be purchasing again!

Arachnospace hasn’t just brought the best acrylic terrariums out there to the UK, but also delivers by far the best customer service I’ve had, period.

I’ve ordered three times from ArachnoSpace so far. Any queries I’ve had have been answered very promptly and politely, and they have gone above and beyond to make my ordering experience extremely easy.

Thanks again for everything. I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future.
