Leaving a review... not my norm, but when a company comes along that walks the talk, backs their products, even just to reply to an inquiry. That deserves public praise. I have a fast pump to drain the pool, a sand filter and pump, and a heater. Great stuff. Only thing I offer for design input is to work on universal / integrated connections. :) Thanks.

They offer dozens of discounts, 90% turn out to be fake. I tried all different ads direct with the manufacturer and every one of them was rejected, even though their ad specifically stated the coupon was for that product.

I bought the HEX 55,000 BTU pool inverter heat pump (pool is about 12,000 gal). Plumbing hook up was pretty straight forward (did a bypass w/3 valves). I had prepped wiring for a 220 line when I originally ran power to the pool 2 years ago so that worked out well.
I did have a little hiccup because after getting everthing hooked up. I got an e21 error code for the ambeit temp sensor. After checking things out I found the wire going to the sensor was cut. I emailed Aquastrong customer service and they responded very quickly the next morning. They gave me the go-ahead to make the repair, and everything is working great. They even credited my account $50.00 for my trouble.
I've had the unit for about a week and I am very please. I live in Michigan so we wouldn't be using the pool much in early June (or September) w/o the heat pump. I run my pump and heater for 8 to 10 hours a day and got to my target temp of 85 deg on the 2nd day. Very happy with the heat pump and customer service

The FedEx truck pulled up so I put my dogs up and I started walking out and guys came over. Threw it on the ground on its side and left. It has vent Finn fans in three different places. It wasn’t on the pallet. There was two bolts missing off the pallet and I got pictures of everything and if that’s the way you people do business I will never do business with you again.

So I purchased the aqua Strong 18,000 BTU heater for my pool so we hooked it up to our pool after the 48 hours there was no difference in temperature whatsoever and that it started making these crunching like broken glass sound from the interior of the machine.. I've texted at least two dozen times they will not give me a prepaid label I've already paid two payments on klarma And I've already spoke to my bank to stop payment All I want is my money back they said that they would give me my money back as a 30-day guarantee and I am dealing with such rude people so I'm going to suggest unless you know this machine do not buy anything from them... Because they don't back nothing up I'm very disappointed and now they're not even answering my emails anymore

All in all easy to deal with. The pump I wanted couldn’t be shipped to Hawaii, so we sent one (actually 2) to my daughter in Arizona so she could ship them to us. Then Aquastrong told me we could order through Amazon. We canceled the 2 orders with Aquastrong (quick & easy) & ordered one through Amazon, $10 cheaper & free shipping! Super customer service. Once we get the pump we can update the review for the pump itself. We are replacing a 12v RV pump with a 115v pump. Stay tune!

Had a small issue with the display on my HEX035 pool heater after a year of use. Aquastrong support was fantastic—they assisted me right away and sent a replacement part fast. My heater is working perfectly again. Highly recommend them for their excellent post-purchase support!

AquaStrong service team has been very helpful in all my questions about the hex075 heat pump. The heat pump has been heating my pool very well. Love the performance and the app to control the temperature and modes

I received the wrong part and when following the instructions to return the wrong part and receive the part I ordered, I have received no response to my email request.
Can an order get worse than that!?

o-rings missing from order. called and emailed with no response. After some time we were given the o rings to order for free. However we have already bought and installed,cic take the free ones for replacements.Issue was solved .

They were very fast to respond to my issue with the top part of my pool filter and are sending me a new part free of charge. They stand behind their product! I greatly appreciate it as the pump has been working so well on our pool!!

We ordered a pool pump and after a week the timer quit working g and the pump will not work. We called customer support and they are supposed to send us a form to fill out and email back and they are supposed to send a new pump. We are still waiting on the form while our pool gets dirty again ! Please expedite our issue!!

I ordered a sand filter pump but didn’t realize it would only handle 9000 gallons until after it was delivered and said this on the box. I contacted customer service to exchange with a larger pump and that’s when I found out they have the specs on their website. It was not in a clear place and I did not see it until I looked deeper. Regardless, the customer service team helped make it right and apologized for the confusion caused by the specs not being easy to see. They definitely redeemed themselves and I hope I never need another pump but if I do I would not hesitate to order from Aquastore again. Thanks for the help!

Excellent customer service and also an excellent pump. I had some voltage drop issues with the 120V sewage grinder pump due to my long length of wire feed. The service team helped me troubleshoot and recommended their 220V version which works perfectly. It pumps at the stated volume. The pump is cast iron, heavy duty, and looks built to last! I've only had it in operation 2 days, but I am very happy with the pump and especially the customer service team!. If you need a pump, do not hesitate to try this company.

I was looking at a pump and want to see total in cart. I accidentally hit buy and o called the number on their site. It was rerouted to another company. I went on chat and explained what happened. They told me my order was cancelled and would not shipped. 24 hours after the order was cancelled it was shipped and charged to my account

Quick in their responses back to me. I am very happy with them and can't wait to get my heater hooked up and running.

The AquaSmart 45 booster pump has been exceptional. The water pressure across the entire house and detached garage is now perfectly regulated by the AS 45 pump which is a big improvement from our previous booster pump. The new pump is also incredibly quiet!! Very impressive. Lastly, the AquaStrong customer service was literally some of best service I've experienced. They answered our questions thoroughly and even helped us troubleshoot when we initially installed the pump.

Very well packed. Did have trouble getting it out. There was a black net inside?, but it went together easily. I installed it on the pool cover easily and plugged it in....the outdoor plug did not pop as it did with the other one(same type model) which I had been using for 6+ years. we have no rain lately, so I can't give you a run down on that.
