Aquarius Bathrooms Anmeldelser

reasonably priced, quality goods, fast and efficient & keft me in the loop..!

Good website, good price, easy to order and delivered on time. Several companies used to source components for a bathroom re-furb and Aquarius one of the better ones. A bit disappointed with the quality of the handset head so I might look for a more expensive one after everything is fitted.

Just upgraded review from 4 stars having read explanation to another customer as to why nearly all handsets are plastic.

Bathroom mirror with lights & chargers excellent. Top value for money. On line description perfect. Well protected packaging.

The kitchen tap arrived on time as expected. The tap was packaged nicely protecting it from scratches and other damage. I just had it installed yesterday, as plumber’s availability is a premium!

However, the description was lacking. They should have explained that the flow of water under default is very limited/slow, but under shower mode it is good.

Great service fantastic product.

Contact centre gentleman was very polite and helpful. Delivery was super quick and the brushed brass thermostatic shower looks classy and my dad was able to fit it easily. Thank you

Helpful real time support with purchase and excellent delivery service

We needed a small bath for a compact space, for which there is limited choice. Although the Imex 1300mm bath from Aquarius wasn't the cheapest of the selection, it was definitely the best choice. The tub is dinky, but well proportioned with a greater tub volumne than the other small baths I looked at. The material is thick, with a lovely glossy white topcoat and strong fibreglass below. The encapsulated baseboard and rim make it very solid, and the legset was pretty easy to attach, (though I did need to carefully drill through the fibreglass to get the screws in!) Delivery was very efficient, they called me to book a date and gave me a 2hr delivery slot on the day, with most likely estimate. The driver arrived 5 minutes earlier than the estimated time and was very helpful unloading to a convenient place. Very pleased I opted to spend that extra £40‐ it was well worth it!

Ordered a tall combined basin tap online - came next day suitably wrapped.

Can't get better than that.

The handheld shower set arrived very quickly but I was so disappointed that it was made of plastic. The description suggested it was high grade brass and other materials, but the handset is all plastic. I couldn’t find a phone number to call to see if it could be exchanged either. I think all companies should offer customer service

Product just as described, well wrapped, delivery very quick.

Great shower tray, quick delivery and well packaged. Got a really good deal and the customer service was excellent...special thanks to Aaron from customer services for helping me out. Will order again in future.

Great customer service. Good prices, prompt delivery.

Very helpful staff, who responded quickly to requests for information

Got notification of acceptance of order and information about the planned delivery and it arrived on time within a few days. Well done.

Very satisfied

Great service overall - Prompt delivery, good quality product and customer service were very quick to resolve my questions.
