Appears to be an extremely good quality shower at a very competitive price . Beautifully wrapped inside the box. It hasn’t been installed yet so can’t comment on how it performs. Super fast delivery... Se mere

Quality product, even better than we'd hoped for. Fast free delivery, good communication and very competitive prices. Extremely happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend this company.
We needed a small bath for a compact space, for which there is limited choice. Although the Imex 1300mm bath from Aquarius wasn't the cheapest of the selection, it was definitely the best choice. The... Se mere

Poor customer service and poor Aquarius product
The Aquarius bath screen I bought leaked from one of the joints. I expected that having bought directly from the Aquarius website it would be a simple matter of asking for a replacement door to be sent. I sent several videos as evidence of the water leaking through the screen.
The company's customer service consisted of them trying to prove that I was wrong and that the Aquarius bath screen can't be expected to stop water leaking over the side of the bath. I quote " the screen is not a watertight screen" They have not replaced the screen and I'm left wondering what the purpose of Aquarius bath screens is, if not to stop water.
As it was not fit for purpose I had to remove the £144 door and bin it. I've bought a different one from another brand, that does stop the water from leaking over the side of the bath - which is exactly what I wanted.
As a result of their terrible customer service and unsuitable ill thought out product, I won't buy from Aquarius or their distributor again.

Ordered 2 basins one turned out to be damaged.
Seller arranged for DPD to pick it up however they have not picked on 2 separate occasions and have not even communicated on the third. I expect the seller, as the DPD account holder, to be pushing DPD harder on resolving this. The damaged product has been sitting in my porch for over a week.

Besvarelse fra Aquarius Bathrooms
I am sorry for the frustration this may have caused. I would like to start by saying that it does look like we have refunded the value of this item to you immediately so I believe its now just a matter of collecting the damaged item to bring it back.
I can see that you have left this in the porch but the DPD driver will need someone to sign for this when it's collected. If no one is available when they call they won't just take the item but will mark the collection as failed.
I believe we have re arranged for DPD to come again and they will notify you of the time of arrival, if this is not convenient you can change the date / time to something more suitable with the link.
