Shame I cannot award zero stars!
Sadly the product sent was not the one depicted and shown on the website through their own photographs.
When I contacted the company they refused to replace the product and were rude and became unresponsive.
They were in clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act.
Having sought advice from Trading Standards they advised me to either make a claim in the Small Claims Court or as I paid on Credit Card to make a Section 75 claim via the credit card.
I have made a Section 75 claim.
I would suggest to other people to exercise caution before they place an order and if they do decide to proceed with a purchase, that they should pay on a credit card to afford some protection.
The prices may seem attractive - but as the plumber had to leave as he could not finish the bathroom I will be out of pocket as have had to order from elsewhere and will have to get the plumber back.

Used Aquabliss on numerous occasions and have always been super efficient
Great communication from delivery company and staff are always very helpful
Will continue to use this company in the future

Simply just don’t shop with these . Terrible service , terrible customer service and a ‘ not really arsed about it ‘ attitude .

Paid a premium for next day delivery , 4 failed advised delivery days with no tracking delivery advice aside an e-mail ‘ may be Fri or Mon ‘following failed delivery ok I’ll just hang around another 2 days then it arrives a week late . 4 wasted days Like I said shop elsewhere these aren’t worth your hard earned cash . Also quality of product was crap to match the service

My experience actually went through every star rating 1-5 - and I’ve given it 5* mainly so this is read and for Scott and James’ solid customer care communication.
I ordered an offset bath that has a specific orientation and size that would fit exactly in the space. There were very few online suppliers that offered it and I went for Aquabliss. I’ve since learnt to always read the reviews first. I went for the 4-7 days delivery and eventually waited nearly 5 weeks for delivery. I heard nothing in the first 2 weeks, so I chased - this started the communication with Scott (thank goodness). The first delivery was scheduled over 3 weeks from order date, I took the day off work, and I waited for contact from the courier all day but nothing. Scott emailed to say the couriers noticed it was damaged and it would be rescheduled. Another week passed. Nothing. I chased. I was given an option for delivery for the following week, anxious to get it I went for the earlier choice and took another day off work. It didn’t arrive. By this time my builders had started. I chased. Then was told it would be delivered by the actual supplier as there were delays with their couriers. I was told the couriers would contact me on the day. Guess what, I took another day off work, waiting anxiously for some contact, anything. Nothing, then a knock at the door - it had arrived nearly 5 weeks, about 20 emails, 1 phone call and 3 annual leave days later - I couldn’t believe it! Then I noticed a deep scratch inside the bath, I felt physically sick. Fortunately it was just in the top film not the actual bath! The moral of this story is, it’s rough out there on the online market and if your hearts in good shape and you love a challenge, go for it. From now on I’ll be shopping old school and very happy to pay more. Tbf Scott was sound, and without his communication I’d have cut and run at week 3. He also told me I’d been unlucky and most purchases go smoothly, you can make your own minds up on that. Good luck.

Super quick delivery , ordered 11am Monday and was delivered 9am Tuesday
Delivery driver was really helpful and the customer service team at Aquabliss kept me up to date with delivery

This is an absolute sham of a company, they delivered items which simply did not fit, leaked and were poorly made. When trying to complain either over the phone or over email, they were completely dismissive, argumentative and refused to take any responsibility whatsoever. Do not buy from this company.

Appalling customer service. Rude , hides behind emails. Won’t answer phone. Delivered a damaged item and won’t refund.

Avoid this company!!!! I wish I read the views before I bought anything from this company. I can just agree with previous comments that there is no after sales service. You have a query they ignore you, and after that you gave a bad review and they ignore you even better. They should learn from their mistake but instead of solving the customer problem they ignore you as a little kid. This behaviour is uneccaptable, magic how they stay in business, unprofessional staff, again avoid them

Unbelievable service, AVOID this company, they are not very helpful!! The product was damaged when opened but he tried to blame me. Also the drawer basin unit didn't match the basin waste so the drawer didn't close. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Warning! Avoid purchasing anything from this company; they are absolutely disgraceful. Once you have made a purchase, there is no after sales service. The director of the company which you can find online under Companies House has a lot to answer for. Read the other customer reviews for yourself, there is a common theme!

Do not use this company.The shower unit I ordered was chipped on arrival.As you will find in other reviews they will not take responsibility for anything only stock answers to make you go away.Upon opening the shower tray it was blemished/damaged.The picture was forwarded to the manufacturer and heard nothing.Upon phoning customer services I was told it was being chased up,when I questioned when this would be as the service is appalling more stock answers or silence.Safe to say I lost my temper and was told not to ring again.Chris at Customer service is not interested and doesn't mind showing it.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,the goods are faulty, possibly seconds and the customer service is non existent.

I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this Aquabliss. If you do want to deal with them read their T&Cs carefully beforehand as they will use these to wriggle their way out of refunding your money when they deliver damaged items.

The shower screen I ordered was smashed on arrival. Aquabliss claim the shower screen left their warehouse intact. However, their courier service, claim they did not damage the screen in transit. Instead, should you wish to believe their sequence of events, I smashed the item. This sort of logic only could only make sense in their minds. Why would I smash an item that I need to finish the shower room?

When trying to resolve the issue, they have a number of stock responses that appear to be written by a solicitor to defend their position and will not sway from them.

Inevitably people will continue to order items from this retailer due to their cheap prices. I sincerely hope it doesn't go wrong like my purchase. However, if it does, I would suggest claiming the money back from the credit card company rather than trying to negotiate with these people.

Overall a headache to deal with. No-one should have to transact with such a company in this day and age.

We ordered a walk in shower enclosure with risers.

Scott and the rest of customer service were brilliant answering a number of questions and helping to make the right decision. They updated with delivery and then the icing on the cake was the delivery company who were superb.
Thoroughly recommend Aquabliss. Their care and attention to their customers is something not seen very often these days.

Avoid this company. After my initial order was placed and delivered I would have given 5 stars as all was good. It only went wrong when part of order was sent incorrectly. I contacted customer service, which seemed to consist of just one chap who was by far the rudest person in customer service I’ve ever come across, to explain my order was sent incorrect. Long story short but he wouldn’t accept I was telling the truth, wouldn’t send out replacement until the ‘wrong’ item was received back and checked (leaving me showerless for 10 days). Accused me of lying also accused my plumber of lying. I would not recommend or use this company ever again. Most horrid salesperson I’ve ever come across. Gave one star just cos I’m a decent person and the order did start well was just not dealt with well when it went wrong (Aquabliss fault not mine).

I will never buy anything from this company again, reading other reviews of aquabliss confirms around 50% of their reviews are 1-star (very negative).

According to trustpilot they have flagged my original review "multiple times" in an attempt to censor honest feedback.

I will not let them get away with censoring 1-star reviews, I believe the real proportion is a lot higher than 50% and I feel bad for all the others like me who have been affected very negatively by aquabliss.
