Aqdas Travel LTD Anmeldelser

Atif gave us a great service , whole package was amazing, good hotels.

I will definite book from Atif , Aqdas Travel again.

My agent,Mr. Atif was very helpful in guiding me throughout the process of performing Umrah.
I appreciate the company is assisting their customers in visa applications, tickets, and hotel bookings. Lastly, the good thing is the agents are available 24/7 to answer the queries promptly.

Excellent experience with horizon travel

Very helpful with everything good packages help through out start to finish specially muskan thank you

Our advisor at Aqdas Travel was Muskan, a nice young lady with great customer skills, she listened to our requirement tentatively and provided very good detailed December Umrah packages to suit our requirements, hotels, number of rooms and distance from the Masjid e Haram and Masjid e Nabvi. Even when the package did not suit us she attentively made re-arrangements for our package.
We highly recommend Aqdas Travel Ltd

I m v satisfied with the muskan

We had some issues with our original Umrah booking and flight schedule, which left us disappointed, but Mohammed Sheryar from Aqdas Travel stepped in and handled everything perfectly. He was calm, polite, and professional, and kept in touch throughout our trip to make sure all was well.

Our Makkah hotel was our own choice and as expected, no issues there. The Madinah hotel was arranged by Aqdas Travel — not quite a 5-star, more of a 4-star, but the location was excellent, just steps from the Prophet’s Mosque and outstandingservice (see my hotel review on TripAdvisor).

The transport Sheryar arranged was excellent — very smooth and professional. Everything went perfectly, Alhamdulillah, and we truly enjoyed our spiritual journey.

Thank you, Mohammed Sheryar and Aqdas Travel, for your outstanding service. Would recommended!

Always helping me out even when i thought i couldnt make it to umrah exspecially sister called muskan

Atif was very helpful and patient while assisting me with my Umrah trip plans. Although I didn’t end up choosing the package he recommended as it was a bit beyond my budget, I really appreciated his time, professionalism, and clear communication

Muskan was our contact at Aqdas travel and made our journey really easy as it was our first time traveling.
Every now and then we were asked about our trip if it was going well just really good to k ow that even after all the bookings done she was keeping in touch with her customers.
Thank you.

We had a very nice and blessed time.
Malik was very helpful with all the arrangements.

I had the best experience Alhumdulillah. Everything was catered to and very attentive. Even after landing in Saudi Arabia, Muhammed Shehryar was on hand till the moment I departed from Madinah. From flight , check in, to check out I had him guiding and helping. Everything was smooth and definitely worth the value. Much much recommended.

Alhamdollah, we had an easy journey to Umrah. Atif was very helpful and professional. He offered to match any offers I get and helped obtain my mum visa as she isn’t British. By the way, I applied for mums visa online and was rejected but with this agency it took about a week and she got it first time she applied. Overall, it’s a great experience with limited budget. Thank you for your help

Mr MALIK has been very helpful in arranging the Umrah package everything was done as we asked for from the choice the hotels to train transportation from Medinah to Makkah, also the drivers were in contact all the time for Ziyarat & airport pick & drop no delays at all.
We booked with them for the first time and I can highly recommend any one going to Umrah to book with Mr Malik as the services are excellent, he was always there to reply to our query and arrange everything according to our needs.

I communicated with Muskan numerous times over a period of 2 weeks. She was fantastic, efficient, professional, attentive to my needs, attention to detail including transfers arranged etc. Competitive prices with excellent packages. Visa and internal transfers included. Thank you 🙏

We contacted Aqdas Travels Limited regarding our plans to go for Ramadan last 10 days Umrah and our call was attended by staff named Muskan. She immediately sent us various Umrah packages and throughout the process guided us in the selection of most appropriate Hajj package for us. We really appreciate her empathy and professionalism while dealing with our request and we are very much impressed by her prompt response and excellent service. We wish her and Aqdas travels limited all the best for future endeavors.

Lovely service by brother Sheryar in my recent journey for Umrah, as going for the first time, to me personally this brother has provided enough guidance and information to make sure my stay, flight, transport and distance to the holy sight all meet the requirements. Plus even in my stay both Makkah and Medina through online, he has provided support and asked for any queries that needed to be sorted, so his availability throughout any time of the day was top notch. Really appreciate and loved the overall experience.

I had a really helpful experience with Muskan. She was really kind and helpful. Her reply response were really quick. Overall good service.
