American Passport & Visa International Anmeldelser

These folks are the best ever. I was being challenged by the process at the Department of State. I was able to contact APVI and the very kind and patient folks there walked me through the paperwork. There is kind of a lot of paperwork, but they answered all my questions cheerfully. I would STRONGLY recommend this firm to anyone needing help with Passport issues.

Their service was exceptional! I could always count on my visa agent to respond to my queries promptly and accurately thus hastening receipt of my visa. I highly recommend their services!

The overall experience was not great. With Covid restrictions reducing many government services to near zero the job of navigating embassies and state departments was a big one. Patience was the only solution and even when mine ran a little short, Karim and the team at APVI kept the expectations realistic and kept me up-to-date on the constantly evolving situation. To be clear there was a moment when I was making plans to fly to LA (from Hawaii) and march down to the consulate to file my own paperwork. Thankfully that didn't happen because Karim recognized immediately that my invitation for a family visa was addressed to the embassy in Washington DC. Five stars for grace under pressure, outstanding customer service and making the best of a difficult situation.

Service was excellent, all my questions were answered, my visa was issued promptly with no issues at all - fee for service was very fair - I would certainly recommend APVI

Karim was courteous, professional and highly effective. I highly recommend APVI services.

I had such a great experience! Karim was so helpful throughout the entire process and I can't recommend APVI enough! My whole family goes here for their visas and now I know why!

APVI (Karim and his team) went the extra 5 miles in obtaining my visa. Will recommend and use frequently

Great service! Karim was really helpful in helping obtain the Saudi visa.

The service was very professional and communication by the representative was excellent

I was able to obtain the Visa in about a week. The best part is that you get a Visa specialist that guides you through the entire process. They told me exactly which documents I needed and made the process super easy.

Service was excellent, responses were fast and whole process was easy, I really appreciate and thank all your staff.

Speedy turnaround. With less than a week to obtain a Russian visa, I checked out several agencies. They all said it would take 12 days or 8-10 days for expedited service. A few didn't even offer expedited service. Since our flight was in a week, none of these options worked. When I contacted APVI, they said they could obtain a visa within 24 hours of receiving my application and support (e.g. passport, photos, itinerary). They undersold themselves. My application arrived at 10:30 am on Tuesday. By 5:50 pm the same day, I had received a Fedex tracking number. My visa was on the way and would arrive the next day, a week earlier than the other visa service companies. Shafa and the rest of the APVI team know their stuff. I highly recommend them They are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly. You won't be disappointed! Thanks APVI!

Excellent experience obtaining a Russian visa with the help of APVI. Online application was easy to follow, APVI customer service representatives were knowledgeable and very helpful when contacted by phone with questions. Visa arrived promptly. I highly recommend APVI and will use their services again.

excellent service my cousin got her passport

They made a complicated process very easy and super fast! Thank you!

APVI made the Russian Visa obtaining experience painless. Gaining a Russian Visa can be a tedious, time consuming, and frustrating process. However, APVI certainly earned their fee by making the process almost routine. They patiently walked me through the steps. I highly recommend using their service. I will not hesitate to use their services again.

We needed Visas to travel to Russia on a trip this coming spring. We thought we knew which type of visa to apply for but were not sure so we called APVI and they helped us to decide. Later, during the application process, we spoke again to make sure our submissions were accurate and then about a half hour after we submitted the applications, APVI called and asked for clarification for one item and made the needed correction. We submitted all necessary paperwork and received our passports with visas incorporated back in less than two weeks. Great service! Thank you, APVI.

I realized 6 days before traveling to Mexico that my kid's passports were expired. I am a big fan of calling a service and talking to a human before committing $500. I called and a lovely person named Johnny answered. He was so patient with me as I asked all my questions. The process is a bit complex, even for a techie, but Johny guided me through it with ease. I cannot recommend them enough. We got our passports with 2 days to spare!

Here's to HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great service from APVI. I needed a Russian business visa. Their specialist knew every detail that needed to be correct for the visa to be approved. It gave me peace of mind. I’ll definitely work with them again.
