American Passport & Visa International Anmeldelser

Our experience with APVI, specifically Kennedee - their DC passport specialist - was so easy from start to finish. After wanting to plan a last-minute trip and realizing we had expired passports - I didn't think we could make it happen but with APVI - we did! Easy from start to finish and we got our 6-day guarantee passports in 4 days!

They got my passport in less than 10 days with the rush service. Everything went well and my birth certificate was returned a couple of weeks later. I would recommend this service.

Excellent Service! APVI Team possesses an outstanding customer service and processing. They have all the solutions for your passport needs. Quick, easy and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Brittany and the rest of the staff were wonderful! They were very patient and kind, even helping us troubleshoot when the post office had questions during the passport interview. Highly recommend!

I got my visa on time. Thanks to Mr. Karim for the outstanding service. Mr. Karim and Mr. Grim are polite, professional, reliable and very helpful. I will always recommend them for anyone applying for visa to Saudi Arabia. Thank you so much.

I would definitely recommend APVI. All team members are very helpful. I specifically dealt with Karim and Grim. I can say they are both knowledgeable in their field, and can save you time.

Very professional, great customer service.....They go over and beyond the customer's expectations. I used APVI several times and I always get the quality of work. I do highly recommend them

These guys were fantastic! I still cannot believe that they were able to renew my passport in 6 days. My passport expired last October, and I had simply not thought to check it because with the pandemic, I hadn't traveled in two years. Low and behold, a family emergency on my wife's side (because it wasn't my own immediate family, I didn't qualify for an emergency expedite passport by the government) meant that we needed to travel internationally, which leads me to discover my passport is expired. I was so desperate, that the day after discovering my passport had expired, I drove to the DC Regional Passport Office (we're in Alexandria) in the early morning even though I had no appointment, and sat in my car until it opened. I didn't even make it through the metal detectors without an appointment. With no other option, I researched private expediting agencies. I must admit, I was somewhat hesitant at first because I simply could not imagine how a private company could get a government issued passport expedited and processed so quickly. I called in to ask questions, and got Grim (like the reaper, he told me - love that!). While Grim didn't work on passport expediting, he still took to time to answer my questions, and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I signed up online, and was quickly contacted by Kennedee. She went over the entire process with me, walked me through next steps, and verified my documents after I uploaded them to the web portal. Kennedee was great; by the time I was off the phone with her, I had gone from the desperate and hopeless feelings of that morning to being completely confident that I would have my passport. By the end of that day, I had overnighted all of my materials to the office in Chicago. Karim contacted me via email to let me know that the documents had been safely received, and the following week, Karim called me to let me know that he had received my passport back and was overnighting it to me. I will never forget this, because I was in a Walgreens trying to track down at home Covid tests for our trip, and caught a few stares when I started jumping up and down for joy in the middle of an aisle. Everyone at APVI was polite, professional, and communicative. They were an absolute lifesaver. Thank you very much guys! I will never forget everything you did for me!

Karim was very helpful. Great guy. Finished my wifes and daughter visa from the embassy on time. Appreciated. 😊😊

These guys will do all they can to make sure you are content and happy. Saudi embassy had crazy delays and even though that's not APVI's fault, they still made it right and took good care of me.
Thanks all especially Karim

APVI saved our families lives. Thank you for such an amazing, smoothe, and positive experience. I will recommend you always. Thank you!!!

I applied Saudi arbia family visit visa from United States. The Team was really supporting and helpful with the process. The responses were really fast and informative and the passport services were right upto the mark. Thank you to everyone there and especially to Grim Aybar for all the help.

Great service , very courteous and professional specialists.

All I can say is that APVI exceeded my expectations with their superior and distinctive service. I will recommend them to my family, work associates, Friends and the community at large.

If you're in need of a passport or visa then you need APVI in your corner. Everyone I dealt with was very professional , patient ,and understanding. I can go on and on but the bottom line is they were on point . They did what they said they were going to do in the time frame given. Thank you APVI !!

I have used AVPI for several visa's and they never disappoint. This time I needed a visa for Saudi Arabia (again) and even though I was familiar with the process, I talked to one of their specialist directly and he reviewed my information with my over the phone and pointed out one or two small things to correct that could have held up the process. I sent them my Passport by FedEx on Friday and got it back on Wednesday, less than a week. I have several colleagues that are traveling with me and they are all having issues. I am glad that I used AVPI and will continue to do so. Well Done!
