I had a really positive and calm experience with no hard sell and helpful advice.
Very straight forward and professional guidance throughout.
The sales team took control of vehicle advice and specific to my needs.

I paid top price (ON EBAY), for what looked like a top of the range, Vito 120CDI. After paying £300 for delivery, I started noticing things like, 3 different tyres, the odd dents, but then it broke down on our first trip, 20 miles from home, on the motorway. The AA attended and pointed out several Botch jobs under the bonnet. Things held together with cable ties and jubilee clips,(Fuel was everywhere).I eventually took it to my local garage. They said there were lots of bolts missing from the axels and chasis, fuel pipes routed where they should not be, and oil leaks. Plus the AC did not work. This, from a checked vehicle!!!. Approved cars then agreed to fix the Vito, as long as I AGAIN paid £300 to return it. SIX WEEKS later the man who returned the van to me said "something not right with that thing". The turbo was making a load noise, next day it was due to have bullbars fitted. Imagine my suprise, when the fitters told me, bolts where missing from the chasis??? In short, van is a £9000.00 peice of crap, that has already had £2000 spent on it, and still not right!! Oh, and when the van was returned, they lost my locking wheel nut key. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Bought a decent 2019 plate mercedes sprinter luton van over the Internet from these guys and they had it delivered to Liverpool for me,come with two keys and log book, lui helped me with everything and was great,I recommend people give approved cars ago, I will definitely go back again for my new motor.

Bought a lovely Volvo XC90 recently from James. Very helpful, walked me through every step of the purchase. Seamless buying experience from enquiry to delivery.

Bought a jeep compass and after only having it for 2 days the engine management light came on. Returned the car and was assured it would be fixed within 2 days. No contact from them and when I called they said it was nearly ready and they were just finishing replacing the part and would ring in half an hour. An hour later a different person said they had not even started fitting the part. Following week I asked for a courtesy car, which I had to insure myself, as the car still was not fixed. Asked for money back and was assured if we gave them 2 more days it would be sorted. On the day they promised to have it ready and delivered to us, surprise surprise the car was not fixed!! Had to get a refund as we had not had the car for the best part of 3 weeks. Just lie after lie. Avoid this company

Or even 6 stars (without exaggerating), for: excellent customer service, good old fashioned work ethos and the quality of the car preparation as high as possible.
I recently bought / collected my van; all the necessary checks - done for me and the trivial few issues - fixed (without wasting my precious time that I would have spent trying to do it myself) at a very reasonable price and more than a day earlier than I expected.
As actions often speak for themselves, if you need a good quality van, go there and see for yourself. The range of products is wide, the staff professional and the process solid and pleasant.
If only most of life's problems were solved so smoothly!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP – if that’s what you can call them! I brought a Mercedes GLA over the phone via auto trader from Approved Cars Limited, when I arrived the sales executive that sold me the car and had arranged my handover had given the keys to another executive to deal with on the day, I only found this out once I had arrived.
The new sales executive didn’t have the answers to my questions and was simply just handing over the keys, however the car was not cleaned when I arrived that bad it had cobwebs on. I agreed a £75 discount and to get the car cleaned myself. After continuing the handover to the inside of the car I noticed there was missing specification which was on the auto trader advertisement, I agreed that it didn’t matter and I would still take the car.
Car taxed, insurance swapped handover nearly complete, I notice the car had no fuel in, the fuel light is on, I then start to question with the sales executive what was actually done prior to my collection and if the Used Car Check / Service was even completed. Please bare in mind at least £25 fuel is a normal requirement.
The sales executive is the only one on site therefore cannot leave the premises so I drove down the road to the fuel station to fill it up and drive home, I put £50 worth of fuel to only find out when the engine was turned back on there were tyre pressure warning lights.
I instantly drove the car back to the dealership which was only a matter of seconds away and told them that this is not acceptable and I am not taking this car today due to the disgraceful condition they thought was ok to sell a car.
After leaving the dealership and with thought I decided to fully cancel my order as I couldn’t trust this dealership, it was a shambles.
After trying to request my money back that I was due with much hassle 2 months later I have now only lost £10 insurance swap difference and my mileage / time to the dealership. However I stress hassle with my refund, I have had to fight on numerous occasions via email for the refund of the fuel I put in the car, as well as the Tax for the car because DVLA only refunded me 11 months.
This dealership is unprofessional, despite telling the sales manager, James Clement, my correct name still continued to use the wrong name to address me, they hardly ever have an email signature I had to pick this up with them to find out who I was actually talking with.
Overall, incompetence, completely ruined my experience of a new car for myself, very stressful, has taken 2 months to sort and I’m still out of pocket, and not one manager picked up the phone to apologise!
