A friendly informative and very efficient service would highly recommend

The repairman was polite and efficient. The dishwasher has worked perfectly since and he recommended the best means of taking care of it.

ONE OF THE VERY FEW APPLIANCE ENGINEERS WE TRUST WITH REFERRALS TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Very friendly and respectful people to deal with. Gave us a time slot and arrived within the time. Fixed the problem and a good price. Would recommend this company.

Excellent service from first telephone contact through to completion of the job. Repair of Tumble Dryer was quick, at a very reasonable price; Darren was a very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly worker.
I thoroughly recommend this service.

Called in Darren to examine our dishwasher that had suddenly stopped working. He quickly diagnosed a manufacturing fault. Advised return of dishwasher to retailer under Consumer Rights Act, as machine was out of warranty period. Full report and photographs of damage provided. Partial refund offered by retailer and accepted. Service and advice from Darren excellent! Would have no hesitation in recommending. Most professional.

Very knowledgeable engineer. Darren explained everything he was doing and why it needed to be done in order to fix the appliance. Would definitely use again.

Darren Dodds he came to have a look at my washer and he was nice and explained what was , it was a loose pipe he put back on , as I worried I had go and buy a new one , would really recommend Darren thanks

Darren was extremely helpful and informative. He replaced the fan and the element on my range cooker oven, kept me informed throughout the process of ordering and availability of the parts and the fitting of them. He tidied up afterwards. I'm very happy with his work.

Visit was arranged very quickly considering the call was just prior to the Easter bank Holiday and replacement parts were received next day and fitted that day also.
Very polite and professional service.

Good service. I liked the fact that you know in advance how much they will charge. The engineer who came was knowledgeable and friendly.

Prompt reply to request for appointment. Kept in touch by text/phone to let us know what was happening with our repair. Came on time and charged exactly as described on website. Darren offered an excellent service - very professional, friendly and great attention to detail. Can thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service. Very prompt and professional.

Fab service, awkward job to repair integrated dishwasher. Great booking system, was given a time slot and Darren was on time, friendly, efficient and tidy. Would recommend and use again in future! :)

We are very happy with every part of our washing machine repair and would recommend this company.

Came to repair my dishwasher, I was updated on the date and time of the engineers visit. On the day the engineer was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased with the service

Excellent service and repair was completed very well.

Wanted to review earlier but life got hectic. Really friendly, professional and very fair price/costs. I would highly recommend. A service you can trust!

Very quick response from this company to message requesting help and all communication was very good throughout. Next day visit to assess job and parts needed. Explained total costs during this call out visit and as soon as the part arrived they came straight out to fit it. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
