We got banned from selling on Amazon - used sold as new. Not possible as we only sell new product, maybe a competitor trying to shut us down. Well it did, for months. Nothing we said or sent in was good enough for Amazon and the denials came back within hours.

We hired Appeal Wizards and Edwin worked his way through the appeal, then the next, then the next - calling Amazon in-between. After a couple of months and many, many, many appeals, it all suddenly clicked and we were allowed to sell again.

In fairness, it was Edwin's tenacity of appealing over and over that finally got us an agent who actually read the appeal and allowed us back in.

We were at the end of our rope after a bad vendor sold us counterfeit merchandise and we didn't catch it. After more failed appeal attempts then I want to admit, we contacted Appeal Wizards. Amber stepped in did a fantastic job! We're out of Amz jail!!!

Great service! Brianna was wonderful.....I had a frustrating time with Amazon seller account deactivation before I even sold a single item. It was due to a missing "." after the abbreviation Rd in my address (not matching the utility bill).....could not have found that without her.

Edwin did an excellent job resolving my issue with my Amazon product suddenly being flagged restricted and I was told my product would not be able to be reactivated. I don’t think it was an easy task but Edwin was able to get it all cleared up and my product is finally active again. I would have given up on the whole thing if I hadn’t happened upon Appeal Wizards and I am so thankful for all their help!

I worked with Appeal Wizards to reactivate my account after amazon had deactivated it shortly after registering. Appealed several times trying to get it back to no avail, kept getting rejections until amazon seller central stopped responding. This lasted for a period of 5 months. I got in touch with appeal wizards and they were able to get my account activated in a period of only 2 weeks. My seller fulfilled account was suspended by Amazon and I tried to get it reinstated for two months before I hired Appeal Wizards. Edwin got my funds released and account reinstated very quick!
