Appeal Wizards was a great partner when our Amazon account got shut down. Was very fast to move and write our POA. Throughought the entire process they communicated every step and answered all questions we had.

I spent 10 days on my own sleeplessly question myself... how could I improve? what have I done wrong? what can I improve? FOR AMAZON. I gave up and found appealwizzard. In 6 hours, my account is resumed. The night before, I dreamed of the account to be resumed when I woke up. My dream came true.

My amazon sellers account was down for over 6 months. I tried everything to work with Amazon to reinstate it and got nowhere. I wish I would have contacted them on day 1.

The appeal process is unfortunately extremely daunting to navigate yourself. My recommendation would be to hire Appeal Wizards immediately after your account is deactivated, don't waste time trying to figure it out on your own like I did.

I filed multiple appeals on my own and was hit with the dreaded "we may not respond any further" email. They indeed never answered and so after 6 months of trying on my own I decided to use Appeal Wizards. The process was simple. I provided the requested information to them, they drafted the appeal, and then told me where to send it. My account was reinstated only ONE WEEK after the first appeal was sent. Couldn't believe it!

Great customer service. I had Edwin to do my case and he spent countless hours with Amazon trying to figure out why my account was suspended. These guys are awesome! My seller account was suspended by Amazon and I tried for about 2 weeks to get reinstated before I hired Appeal Wizards and then they got me reinstated in about 8 hours... it was insanely fast and easy. They took care of the whole appeal process and I didn't have to do a thing -- obviously thrilled with the result, highly recommended!

Worked with AppealWizards after using two competitors (one cheap and a second one more expensive after the first one basically did nothing / ended up being essentially a scam), and these guys did a fantastic job. Was really impressed by their professionalism and efficiency particularly compared to my previous experience. Their team has lawyers and Amazon policy experts and you can feel that professional approach from the first conversation. My situation may be a bit different from others since I had been banned for 18 months while the other two firms did very little (the second guy worked hard but just wasn't effective in getting the appeal done) and as soon as Appeal Wizards got on the case I was reinstated within a little over a week. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
