Highly Recommend
I had a great experience with this company. The whole apostille process was smooth, fast, and clearly explained from the beginning.
The team was very responsive and helpful, answering all my questions and guiding me through each step.
Everything was handled professionally and within the expected timeframe, which gave me a lot of peace of mind, especially since I’m dealing with an international process.
I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone needing document legalisation.

Great service, awesome customer care
Really great service from the team. I wanted my documents attested for the UAE. I put in my details on their online form and received a call within half an hour. They told me what was required, and all the costs are agreed upfront. This was my first time using such a service and once they received my documents they kept me updated on the progress. Everything worked as planned, and I even got my order well within the promised time. Much different from other agents that I had contacted who took long to respond and were not clear of the actual costs. 5 stars for London Apostille Services from me.

This is the second time I’ve used Apostille London’s services, and once again they have been outstanding.
Their customer service is excellent — I genuinely cannot fault them. Communication was clear, consistent, and very speedy throughout the entire process.
I experienced an issue with my birth certificate being delayed and not delivered, which was understandably concerning, especially as I live overseas. However, the team handled the situation with great professionalism and care, quickly addressing my concerns and resolving the problem efficiently.
I was incredibly impressed that I received my birth certificate the very next day after the issue was dealt with.
Their reliability and dedication to their clients really stand out.
I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Perfection
I have used LAS twice for urgent apostilles on various documents, including ACRO and birth certificates. In both cases I had the certificates sent directly to them, then they handled the apostilles, returning both scans and originals. LAS was fantastic each time - excellent communication at every step, flawless and fast work.

Excellent and quick service
Excellent and quick service. I highly recommend this firm, which I've used for two apostilles and translations. The website worked well for selecting the service I needed, uploading documents and paying. After that, the firm updated and engaged with me by email and I could email with the staff directly to refine and clarify my order. Everything went smoothly from the order, to dispatch and to eventual delivery abroad.

Hi Janie,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review, and for your kind recommendation. We truly appreciate your custom!

Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.
I paid £150 for a notarised translation that I specifically needed for embassy use. In my request I clearly explained that my certificate already had an apostille and that I only needed a properly prepared notarised translation for the embassy.
However, the service I received did not meet these requirements. The translation was not prepared correctly for embassy submission. In addition, the document was never sent to me by courier as expected.
Because of this situation, I had to urgently find another translator in London and pay £120 to redo the translation properly.
Despite explaining the problem, no refund was offered. Instead, I only received replies claiming that the service had been completed, which is simply not true.
This caused me financial loss, stress, and wasted time. If the company was not familiar with embassy requirements, they should not have accepted the order and taken payment.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Dear Vera,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, although we strongly suspect this review has been left for the wrong company by mistake.
We have searched our system thoroughly and cannot find any orders, emails, or transactions under your name that match this description.
We recently reached out to you via Trustpilot to request a receipt or proof of the transaction so we could clear this up, but we haven't heard back yet.
If you could please double-check the company name on your original invoice and kindly remove this review, we would be incredibly grateful. We are so sorry you had such a stressful experience with your translation, but we are confident it was not with our team.
To anyone reading this:
We always take feedback very seriously.
However, as we have been unable to verify Vera as a customer and she has remained unresponsive to our requests for proof of purchase, we firmly believe she used a competitor's service.
Please rest assured that our solicitors have drawn up a very clear and fair refund policy that we adhere to strictly. If an error like the one described above were ever to occur at LAS Ltd, our policy ensures the customer is fully protected. A situation where a customer is left out of pocket for a failed service simply would not happen with us.
Best wishes from the team at LAS Ltd.
