Thank you for the kind words — that's a good note to get, and much appreciated. Glad the process was smooth and that you were kept in the picture throughout. We'd be happy to help again whenever you need us.
With thanks from the team at London Apostille Services Ltd.
Reliable and trustworthy
This company were able to give me a discounted price on attesting certificates! As we all know, it comes at a pretty large cost & when you’re only just starting your career, it’s a lot of money! I was so appreciative of this & it was so fast and the responses whenever a question was asked were super quick too. I would certainly recommend this company - All documents returned with tracking details as-well as when they had received them.

Matthew, thank you for the recommendation — genuinely valued.
Knowing it all ran to plan with nothing unexpected cropping up along the way is the best kind of outcome, and we're glad that was your experience. Do get in touch if there's anything we can help with in future.

Great service at a low cost.
My son needed to obtain an ACRO (a police report to prove he had no criminal convictions) and have it apostillated to obtain Bulgarian residency. He is working in Bulgaria and has no wish to return to the UK. The ACRO was being sent to our UK address. After checking out the list of apostille services on the gov.uk site I contacted several. I chose London Apostille Services as they were very helpful as well as offering the lowest price for a fast service and courier delivery to a village in Bulgaria. The young lady, Lorena, who I dealt with, explained each step. So good dealing with a friendly, helpful person, who was very responsive to my emails, rather than a chatbot. I would highly recommend this company.

Ann, thank you so much for leaving such a thoughtful review!
Coordinating an ACRO apostille and international courier delivery to a Bulgarian village — all without your son needing to come home — is no small feat, so it's brilliant that everything went to plan.
Lorena will be over the moon when she reads this. We hope your son is enjoying life in Bulgaria and that the residency process goes smoothly from here!

I have used the London Apostille services twice
I have used the London Apostille services twice, 2025 and 2026 for apostille background check certificates for visa/residency applications. In both instances I arranged for the certificate to be sent from ACRO police records to London Apostille who then sent the apostille certificate on to me. Both years I phoned in to check about the arrangements and had the pleasure of speaking to highly competent, polite and helpful human beings who were able to give me clear guidance about the best way to proceed in the timeframe I had. Service was fast both years. In my experience, at Apostille London they do what they say they will. They do it well and whether booking online through their website, via phone or email, they make it clear and easy. So I give a five star review

What a fantastic review — thank you so much for sharing your experience in such detail! It's genuinely lovely to know you came back for a second year and that everything went just as smoothly this time around.
Coordinating ACRO certificates with tight visa deadlines can be stressful, so it's great to hear that it all fell into place for you both times. We really appreciate you taking the time to write this, and we hope the residency application goes exactly the way you want it to!
