Ik zou hier niet meer iets kopen. Levertijd 2-3 werkdagen ruim overschreden. Toen ik het bestelde eindelijk ontving, was het niet wat ik besteld had. Retourneren: je moet echt een retour uitprinten, want digitaal gaat dat niet. Het bedrijf is slecht bereikbaar. Jammer, het zou zo leuk geweest zijn, leuke cadeautjes voor een leuk prijsje.....

bought something before christmas and returned it after 16 days as the post office had major delays. Wont give a refund just store credit had to get paypal involed hopefully they will side with me. Wouldnt recomend them to anyone customer service shocking. Can already imagine the hassle if anything goes wrong...

I ordered a pair of Carhartt pants from Aphrodite on Wednesday and they were delivered on thursday.
Beautifully packaged & presented in a box.
Return form was included should I not have been happy, but not needed.
Refreshingly good service Well done.

Ordered a belstaff jacket Tuesday 2nd January late on in the day, got delivered Thursday 6th January, came in a lovely packaged box and I couldn't be happier with my purchase and Aphrodite 1994, will deffo be back!

Twice we've ordered and both times nothing, items have been in transit apparently for 2 months, they've taken their money though and completely ignoring all emails we've sent absolutely appalling

This is not a scam, after my order I read some of the reviews left on here. I was worried it wouldn't come.
It did come on time and in a lovely box with plastic authentication card aswell. Good price and good quality thank you.

Ordered Thursday, arrived Friday & used Klarna pay for peace of mind. Great service. 10/10 👍

Had issues ordering because of the company who ran the website but the staff did all they could to try and sort things out and once it was corrected delivery was excellent.Wanted to help and get their orders sent and would definitely shop with them again because of this alone

SCAM.....this company they take money and never send the goods I bought a necklace online thinking it will arrive 4 weeks max as it says on there website 2 to 4 weeks for shipment to UK and now ALMOST 7 weeks and still nothing I emailed them asking for refund and they refusing to do it so basically they said when I receive my item and once its been inspected they will concider a refund.send me email saying that good been sent when I checked tracking number they just sent it 2 days ago 5 weeks after I originally ordered so people avoid these Complete scammers and don't fall for their traps. Avoid at all cost. That Website is just as fake as them..

My coat came in a beautiful box. The fit is perfect!

I ordered the same stuff three times, every time they send me an email after a few days that there was some sort of problem with my payment .. even though there was nothing wrong with my card and my money had left my account.. really disappointing and time consuming .. I guess I am going to order it somewhere else now..

Delivery times are a bit misleading....ordered April 21st 2021 and still not arrived...also the confirmation of purchase order states deliver times as:

It was my first time using Aphrodite and I have the say the whole experiance was easy abs great! I ordered a card holder and within two days I received the item which was unexpectedly fast, especially during these times where companies are extending their delivery dates. Unfortunately the item was damaged, through no fault of their own abs when I contacted their customer service team I was put in touch with Rachael,
Dispatch Team Leader and she was amazing! She was so helpful, so quick to respond to my emails and very kind.

I cannot recommend this company more and I will defiantly be purchasing from here again!

I purchased a pair of Jeans. They were delivered on time and in excellent condition with quality packaging which showed that the product was cared about. The price was also competitive. So very happy to recommend.

During the lockdown online retail has been a lifeline for smaller businesses.
Government guidelines on isolation and lockdown restrictions have seen retailers extend return periods for up to 90days. Fair and reasonable.

Extremely disappointed with Aphrodite 1994s customer service, they have a small returns window (14days) and would not consider authorising a refund for my return, despite me being forced to self isolate.
Shameful exploitation.

Shop somewhere else!!

Agree with the previous comments regarding the returns.

Had two unworn items from 2 different retailers that due to Covid were late Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, both needed to be returned. One company offered a credit note so long as the item still had the tags on and was in the required condition. Aphrodite on the other hand said sorry the item isn’t suitable but tough luck.
I understand not offering a refund but seriously, what awful customer service. Safe to say I will never shop here again and will make sure to drive as many people to avoid it as possible!

Don’t bother using them.

Much better service and a much better catalogue on other sites such as EQVVS, Flannels, End clothing.
