The bike has broken after 18 months and got quoted £110 for a fix and that it would be done in 2 months. 2 months later down the line, they haven't even ordered the parts, absolute terrible support. It's a real shame because the classes are good, just the support is terrible. It's a sign when a company doesn't have a phoneline to contact

I've had my Apex bike for nearly a year now. The saddle could be more comfortable, but otherwise really happy. The classes are great. Wide choice of instructors, class type, length and intensity, music genre - I reckon something for everyone. Don't use it as often as I mean to but when I do, it is ALWAYS worth the effort. Excellent customer service - helpful and quick to respond.

Love the Apex workouts, a wide variety of music and instructors to suit everyone. Having a new class to do everyday is great to! Highly recommend!

Really good looking and solid bike. I did have a few snagging issues which took a little while to resolve but engineers sent out and helped fix. Good range of classes and reasonable soundtracks noting music can be very subjective. Really pleased overall. App can be a little temperamental.

I have had my Apex bike for two years. It's honestly the best investment Ive ever made in myself. I love the classes, I can choose how long I spend on the bike depending on how much time I have, it's super convenient and I kinda weirdly feel like I know the instructors now, I know their focuses and what I will get out of each class. Genuinely couldn't have better things to say about Apex, it is fab !

I purchased an Apex exercise bike for £949 in December 2024 and have had a deeply frustrating experience ever since. I didn’t receive an order confirmation or membership details until I chased customer service, and the code for the 12-month membership didn’t work. Then, within 3 months, the bike developed a fault with the belt and cable. Since then, I’ve had three engineer visits, and even after today’s fourth visit attempt (May 2025), the bike is still not fixed because Apex repeatedly failed to send the correct part.

Customer service has been unhelpful and often missed the point of my queries, leaving me to coordinate everything myself. It’s now been five months, and the product is still faulty and unusable. I’ve asked for a full refund and collection, and will pursue this further if needed. I can’t recommend Apex at all — poor quality control, slow issue resolution, and a total lack of accountability.

Great choice of rides for all ability and music taste. Easy to use and motivational. When I’ve needed support, customer service have been helpful.

I’ve been using Apex Rides for a few months now and honestly, it’s completely changed my home workouts. The classes are super motivating, the instructors are brilliant, and there’s a really good range of rides depending on what mood I’m in (HIIT, endurance, chill rides).
The app itself is easy to navigate, and I love that I can track my progress over time. Sometimes it takes a little longer than I’d like to sync the resistance dial on the bike to the app, but it’s a small issue compared to how good the overall experience is.
The playlists are also fantastic — it feels like a real studio class but in my living room. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay fit at home without the huge price tag of some other brands!

I love that the app has a mixture of standalone classes and series. I’ve recently completed the ‘march into strength’ series which introduced me to new instructors (they’re all very energetic and motivational!) I also feel motivated to complete the series which keeps me coming back to the bike. My only little complaint is that sometimes the suggested resistance is too hard for me - there’s no way I can go at 60rpm at over about a 14 on the bike so some of the classes could be a bit more conscious of this. Of course, you can just turn it down to suit you and it gives you something to aim for.

I love the ease of having an Apex bike. The sessions are very good and varied. There doesn’t seem to be any way to service the bike, which is why I’ve taken off a star.

I really enjoy getting on the bike and having a multitude of workouts to choose from and different instructors.

Whenever i have been off the bike for a while the sofa to 60 has been a great way back in!

Great classes with positive instructors and a good variety of themes and music. I also really like the “just ride” option which is great for when you want to do something less structured. I’ve been using my Apex bike for a few years now and it’s very convenient.

APEX is simply brilliant! What a lovely looking bike, which fits nicely into my home.

The APEX app allows me to attend a class WHENEVER it suits and fits into my busy lifestyle. (I have children and work 60 hours a week)! I still manage 4/5 classes! With 20/30/45 min options it means there is no excuse!

The instructors are phenomenal, with a range of class styles, (my favourite is a Move Class with weights)! I am in my 40’s and Apex caters for all abilities in every class!

Current and old music to suit all tastes with a mix of genres.

Apex have made a bit impact on my health. I am a lot more active and able to hop on the bike when I have a spare 20mins. We had an issue with the bike to start with and did take a while for it get sorted. The app is really easy to use and good music The instructors are really engaging, especially Kirby, who makes you work hard!

I’ve been with Apex for 1-2 years and I haven’t looked back since. Good variety in instructors and they give out the right amount of motivation without coming across as being too pushy. Affordable monthly fees and the bike itself is quite sleek and easy to use/assemble. Would highly recommend!
