Diane made everything super easy. She explained everything to us and went over the different options available to us. She handled it all and before we knew it our mortgage was accepted! Her communication is brilliant and she responds really quickly if you have any worries at all.

Diane has been truly amazing throughout the whole of the mortgage process. I’m self employed so it was always a little more complicated but Diane took on the challenge- always making me feel optimistic and going above and beyond what I would ever expect a mortgage broker to do. She’s one of the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve ever met- nothing was too much trouble and always there when I needed her. After being tied in to a mortgage, despite having no financial interest in the property following a divorce many years ago, I had all but given up on having my own house again.

I met Sonia Featherstone and after explaining my situation, said she would see what she could do for me. She came back to me and said she had found a lender who would be willing to give me a mortgage for the amount I needed to get back on the housing ladder.
I soon found a suitable house and Sonia worked late one evening to put in the application to beat an interest rate rise by the lender the following day. Within a couple of days I had the mortgage offer and I am looking forward to making the house my home.
