Ash, the mortgage broker, was on top of all aspects of the remortgage process, making sure all documents were ready to be submitted to the lender - guiding us every step of the way. Kyle's expertise, guidance and support is exceptional. Given our circumstances, he helped us massively that we think without his support, this won't be possible. He is very reassuring that even we felt under the weather at one point (getting mortgage impossible), he remained calm and very helpful that we knew from that time that we are in good hands.
