I got a purple fragment case for my iphone and I absolutely love it. The color is exactly what I pictured and the quality is amazing. I seen something for my airpods to match but I did not get it at first to see my quality but now I will definitely go back. The shipping took about 5 days and was easy to manage where my package was.

Customer service was great — they responded quickly and were helpful. However, there were too many fees involved. It was my mistake ordering the wrong case, but paying $20 to ship it back and another $12 for them to send the replacement feels excessive. It would be nice if they at least covered the shipping cost for the new case, as I already paid for shipping cost with the old case.

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size case, I contacted customer service to start a return and the entire team is outstanding!! I’ll definitely be ordering from Apex Carbon again because they have the best customer service out there, not to mention how amazing the quality of their products are!!! 100/10 I would completely recommend!!!

Ordered a Purple Forged carbon IMPACT case.. was told it would have tracked delivery never got an update on shipping and when it was delivered I put it on my phone had it 7 days it fell out of my pocket landed backwards and chipped the case a little didn’t think much of it took my case off that night to clean my phone and the entire back of my phone is shattered. Wrote a email to their support team and have not heard a response yet

ApexCarbon hands down has some of best phone cases around! I have two so far and honestly the look and feel is awesome. I will say that shipping does take some time but I think it’s worth the wait. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them.

Ordered the Carbon Fiber plate frame with blue metallic flakes. Looks absolutely stunning.

The customer care was very responsive and fixed my shipping address error and made sure I received the product.

I ordered a phone case and a license plate frame. Upon arrival, the license plate frame was broken in two spots(definitely due to shipping). I emailed them to inform them of the unfortunate event. They sent me another ASAP! Great customer service. Loving the phone case so far.

Pretty decent case, not worth the $67 but the carbon fiber is cool. I wanted to return it since it took about a month to get it and they will not respond to an email after you’ve gotten your case. Not too sure if I want to bother my bank about it since it is just $67. It being MagSafe is pretty good since I carry around a wallet on the back of my phone but other than that it isn’t really worth spending the money on

I bought a carbon phone case from them not knowing anything about the company. I was happily surprised because not only the product is high quality, but I received it really fast (it took about 5 days). I would definitely recommend it to other people.

Ordered one of these expensive cases, could not get tracking from the company, they would just tell me it’s on the way, would barely respond back to emails, would not refund my order or cancel it, left stuck waiting, had to call my bank to get my money back.

Best case I ever got and the company has a great customer service!

This company really under delivered, I bought the forged real carbon case for 100$ on sale and barely got a case. It doesn’t cover my phone and leaves some parts of the phone nude. I’m worried this won’t even help protect the phone if I drop it. I also got AirPods case with it and it doesn’t even fit my AirPods, they slide off and I have almost dropped my Airpods because if the slide. I tryed asking for a case swap but with no luck. Please just save your money and get any other case on the market.

I purchased a 100% real carbon fiber phone case for $67 (on Sale normally $106)
I received a cheap plastic phone case (with a beautiful piece of carbon stuck to the back of it) straight from China.
I voiced my concerns to Apex only to be brushed off with some BS generic answer.
The raised edges to protect the screen are so flimsy. I cracked 3 screen protectors in less then a month (right on the edge the carse is supposed to protect)

Since Apex won’t take this useless case back it will go in the trash.
Save your money most cheap cases from the market do a better job protecting your phone.
