SCAM! Look at the quality I received (photo) vs what they advertise. They refuse to refund!

Truffatori, sponsorizzano un prodotto top e poi ti mandano dopo tempi biblici paccottiglia di infimo valore, NON COMPRATE DA LORO!!!! Quando poi li contatti ti dicono che il prodotto è diverso dallo sponsorizzato perché fatto a mano (ovviamente falso perché il modellino preso era una schifezza fatta in serie e di pessima qualità) e poi quando gli si comunica di voler recedere e restituire il modellino non si fanno più sentire, per fortuna PayPal mi ha riborsato

I ordered FERRARI F40 1996 scale 1:14 and I waited more than 8 weeks to get delivery there was a big surprise when I opened the box it was same ferrari f40 but scale 1:64 after the complaint they didn't accept to return the item and after 25 emails they promised that will send the right scale 1:14 of same ferrari and now been more than for months and Guess what!!!!! they stopped answering my emails

ordered an an-225 plane model. got a cheap poor quality toy that he probably got at his local corner store for $10. payed $100 this guy scammed a 10 year old. by the way it wasnt even their brand it was some brand called Kaiwei

I bought a concorde plane that looked at least a full ruler length but in ended up to be as big as my hand! I also was given a free model at checkout but I never got it! This company is such a SCAM. It also look weeks to get to my house. do not recommend.

They don’t send you what you see in the pictures. They send you those 5.00 little toy cars you can find at the check out counters. Complete garbage! Scam site

I did receive the right car in the right colour for my 11 year old boy, BUT it is nothing like what is advertised, there is nothing hand made about it just a cheap mass produced model car.
No detail of the engine or the interior the steering wheel doesn't even turn the wheels. It's a complete scam and very deceiving advertising, it's amazing how companies are able to freely mislead people without any consequences.

Please DO NOT use this website! It is a MASSIVE SCAM! They claim to be offering massive discounts but the products received are not even worth the discounted price. They charged me for 2 of the same product, which I did not ask for and they did not send the "free gift" as promised. The website claims that the item I ordered had received of 6000 5* reviews. This is also fake. Totally fraudulent.

I ordered the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X and selected “Large” on the product page. What I received was not only much smaller than expected, it also appears to be a different product/model than what was advertised.

When I contacted Turbo Detail, they said their system automatically selects the “largest available size in inventory” for that model and that it can’t be adjusted after purchase. They then refused both a replacement and a refund under “company policy.”

If customers can receive a different item and a different size than what’s shown on the listing, this should be clearly stated upfront with exact scale/dimensions and clear product identification. Very disappointing experience — I wouldn’t recommend.

Incorrect color model car supplied. I ordered a white model car, but they sent me a silver color. I requested a return or a refund, and they say that their company policy is no returns and no refunds, as they did not supply what I ordered. they give you the usual crap that the models are hand crafted and these things happen during production. However on their order page, it clearly states the refund policy. the quality of the vehicles are also not good, and :hand crafted" as they say....this is a mass produced item. I URGE ANYONE NOT TO BUY FROM THESE GUYS AS THEY ARE A SCAM!!! Better buy from more reputable companies than them.

ALSO THEY DO NOT PUT THE SIZES ON SOME OF THEIR MODELS, ONLY WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT YOU SEE IT IS A 1:24, WHCU FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU PAY, IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT.

It's a scam. Ordered some cars thinking this would be worth it. They sent two cars from another MCS brand made in china which a cheap plastic. When ordering I had contacted then that if I was not to get notification of the order I would cancel. They said I can't. ..

Learned my lesson not to buy from chinny knock-off websites..

They took the money, They didn't even respond to my emails, and the product never came.

I would give zero if I could! Scam of a company! The models are horrendous quality nothing like seen online! They refuse returns and when you do return they claim the item is lost!

My son bought two cars and the quality is awesome could not be happier. Would recommend !!!!

Model never came. Received a couple emails responses for shipping updates, but 5 months later still received nothing from them. Scam! Scam! Scam!

Scam to the max - stay away

Box came broken. Chinese wordings on stand. Really ugly model. Obviously not "collector grade" or "ultra detailed" as touted on site. Scammmmmm!!!!

It's the worst scam that has ever happened to me. They stole my money. I ordered a car that appeared available on the website. On the website, they say they ship it within 1 to 10 business days. I waited the 10 business days, and they never shipped it. I paid 113 AUD. I sent 4 emails, and they didn't respond. Within a week of sending the last one, they told me that unfortunately they didn't have the model I requested. They gave me the option to choose another one or wait until it was available. I said I wasn't interested in either option and requested a refund. They responded days later that they would return my money, which of course never arrived, because they are a complete fraud. I lost my money. I couldn't give the car as a gift, and I felt cheated. Don't buy here, it's a scam....

Firstly I made the mistake of not reading reviews on this seller… it is a seller from China, that is not specifically mentioned on their website. Therefore you get China quality: cheap and NOT WORTH THE HIGH PRICE.
The car is not collectible-quality. There is just too much plastic everywhere and the metal casing is lightweight aluminum (?). The moving parts do not fit snugly, there are gaps between e.g. the hood and the sides. The steering wheel is not connected to the front wheels, in an ad you could move the front wheels by turning the wheel… nope. There is a sound module which is supposed to represent the engine sound. IT SOUNDS WORSE THAN A BABY‘S TOY, horrific quality.
All in all: DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I ordered my parcel in February and I still haven’t received my parcel very disappointed and most horrible as in the worst experience ever
