I had been looking at something like this for some time. Amazon gave us a discount, that should have been my first red flag about this company. The ordering process was easy. After that things turned bad after I received my tracking number and ETA. I planned for my truck to be down during that time taking no loads. Aperia shipped the system in two boxes. I had watched the boxes over the weekend and noticed one that was stuck and one that was going through the FedEx system. On Monday I alerted Aperia to the issue. I went to FedEx to see what happened. The box with the halo's in it got reloaded on the same trailer and headed back to CA. For two days I had been working with aperia to get this issue resolved. Everyone at aperia tends to belave FedEx mouth and not the paper work, I have shown them from fedex. So at this point, my truck is down and the comment from their HR person is "it is just an add-on." From there support people it is like, well we just replace it. I ask the support people if this is common they told me YES. So right now my truck is down, I'm not making any money, and again according to Aperia "it is just an addon"
the ability to get a hold of support is almost nonexestiaces
So you will need three weeks to get this shipped in and maybe one day to install it.
