Useless woke fools
If you want a penny pinching long drawn out experience this company is for you. 3 months and they are arguing over peanuts. Support the customer no why on earth would they want to do that? Stuff them, from now on I’m going with my own insurance and not a communal one. I’m going to pay for the repairs caused by the water leak from the flat upstairs myself otherwise it won’t get done this century

I had been recommended to contact Laura as had been told by another Dry Cleaning company that she was the best he’d ever come across, he wasn’t wrong !!

Buildings and Public Liability Insurance
I have used the company for several years to arrange insurance for a freehold management company. My contact is Debbie Joy, who has been unfailingly professional and personable. The premiums have always been competitive and the cover market-leading. I would not hesitate to recommend and will consider A-One for my future personal insurance needs.

Georgia Colloff amazing team member
After being given a query by manager with little to no information I phoned and got through to Georgia Colloff thinking she wouldn't be able to help due to how Vague my query was. Georgia went above and beyond to help not only find the information for me but to ensure any communications going forward would be smooth and gave me all the information i needed in a quick 10 min phone call. It seemed no trouble to Georgia and it made my day as i often spend my days trying to fix queries and people are not willing to help if i dont have the info they need!
Thank you to Georgia for making my day that little bit easier and brighter!

Janine Davis was superb! I had to make a claim that was not dealt with properly by the management company that manages my building (Safepm). When I contacted the insurance company myself, Janine Davis was extremely helpful, she was polite, courteous, and very professional.
