We arranged both our fleet and liability insurance through Integrum Insurance, and Ben has been great to deal with throughout.
Everything was arranged quickly and without any fuss. Ben took the time to understand what we needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process straightforward.
What has stood out most is how responsive he is. Whenever we've needed to add a vehicle to the fleet, he's come back to us almost straight away and got the cover updated immediately. It's reassuring to know things are dealt with so quickly and that our fleet is always protected. Overall, a very professional and reliable service. I can honestly say by far the best service I have come across, when we first started out no insurance company would even give us the time of day and we struggled to get cover at a reasonable cost….However Ben and his team went above and beyond to get us covered at an affordable cost and allowed us to continue trading and now also assists us with our sister companies too, actually saving us money on all companies.
