I signed up(which was a wrong…
I signed up(which was a wrong decision)to ask a question. It said talk to an expert for a $1 joining fee. I did that. It automatically signed me up for a membership that I didn't approve or apply for and I had $38 taken from my bank account. I have contacted customer service and all they said is that it's the customers job to see what they are agreeing too and that you should know that it costs more money. They refuse to give refunds and make an automatic payment that I didn't ask for seem like it my fault. They are very unprofessional and I will not be using them again. Worst ask a question site ever. Don't waste your time.

A costly chat with Wyndham Hotel.
I tried to chat with Wyndham Hotels and thought I had to pay 1 dollar, when I got home I saw that I was charged for an additional 38 dollars by this website I knew nothing about.
It seemed that I was hussled into a monthly fee for trying to chat with Wyndham Hotels.
Luckily I did some research on the internet and found out about anyexpert.com and found out that I had a monthly subscription that would be automatically extended each month, so I was able to cancel the subscription.
I do not like this way of doing business.
I never received an email from anyexpert.com about the monthly fee, I feel that I was hussled into a subscription with a third party while trying to chat with Wyndham Hotels.
Although I do not like the way I ended up with a subscription I must say that the way this company reacted on this review was outstanding. Their support system reacted very fast after I contacted them. They refunded me and deleted my account on my request. So for their customer support 5 stars.
