Nick worked hard to make my card work. I’m old and slow with my one finger typing, but he was very patient with me. He thought of about eight solutions to my problem and finally found one that worked. Yay! for Nick!

I would just like to add a massive thank you to Roxanne she has been so patient and caring throughout the process of me reinstating my account. Spotify has become a part of my life believe it or not and when I lost the ability to get into the account, I really did panic.
