Anybook Ltd Anmeldelser

This is not my first time buying books from Anybook, but I'd like to post my opinion / review now.
I can recommend their services: they offer magnificient books (usually ex-library copies) at a very decent price and they also ship them internationally with tracking number for a moderate cost. You have to assume taxes depending on your location (EU, for instance). All in all, great.

Excellent vendor. Great professionality and kindness.

Book, in fine condition delivered “by return” - delighted with the service

Dear Anybook Ltd,

Thank you very much for the books you sent me and for the care you handled my order. Dealing with you was for me a going in the past, few years ago, when I learned that British Customer Service is secong to none in the world.

Respectfully,
U Marian

I just bought my fourth book from the shop “anybook”. Again I am very happy with the good service. The book has a very good price in comparison with other shops. The book is in a very good condition. The shop knows the correct abebook-rules to declare appropriately the book-parcel. (Book-purchases with abebooks should be regularly tax free between UK and Germany) That ensures fast delivery without frictions at customs between UK and Germany (delivery within 5 days). Tipp: Receiving the parcel via a “Packstation” in Germany works properly if you buy the books in single envelops. Anybook knows how to declare the parcel that it will be delivered by the right operator. Summary: Do you enjoy English books which are out of stock and not available in Germany? Look at first whether anybook does it offer.

Anybook had the uncommon out-of-print book that I was looking for, the price and shipping cost were reasonable, and it arrived from the UK to Japan quite briskly!

Item as described, good communication fast delivery.

I love it when inquiries are dealt with expeditiously. Which is what Anybook does. I don't know how they manage to do it, but it's great. Also, the book I ordered was in a much better condition than I'd expected.

Honest and fast communication.
After ordering, I received a message that the book may not look as nice as described and whether I wanted to cancel the purchase. But I still wanted to receive the book.
I received the book in good order.

I would like to thank you for the following points. Firstly, you have provided me with a valuable book at a very reasonable price. Secondly, you shipped the book from United Kingdom to Japan very quickly. Thirdly, the packaging of the book was perfect. Therefore, I felt that you have a lot of love for your books. I would like to thank you again.

book matched the description. competitively priced. correct and quick response to a question.

Excellent. I found a very rare book not available in France. It arrived in France safely and very fast. No customs fees. Moreover the communication with Mrs Law is charming. Thank you so much. See you very soon again.

(Peter Blake Alphabets book) Fast delivery, item well packaged, conditions as photos. Best seller!

Exceptional value - book in near-perfect condition in spite of being ex-library. Well packed and very reasonable shipping charge. VERY happy

The precise description of the books, their accurate packing, the prompt shipping and last but not least the prompt and polite communication made this seller one of my three preferred choices when I need to purchase a book. Thanks to Simone and all the guys at Anybook Ltd.

It was even better! I got two lovely surpises while buying from this place, the first one was that the book I bought arrive a week before the estimated date (I ordered it 4 days ago), and the second one was that, when I opened the box waiting to see a (rare) book in 'fair' condition, I was surpised by its state being way better than that, at least 'good', honestly I would rate it as nearly excellent. This is the first time I make a positive review after purchasing a book because is the first time I find an honest reason for doing so, excellent experience.

Delivered quickly and in perfect condition

I recently purchased a book , and after an initial inquiry about the condition, which was answered very quickly, I ordered it.
I received it sooner than the date quoted, well packed and in better condition than described - very happy.
A highly recommended seller.

Very swift movement from my placing the order to delivery… even over the long Easter weekend.
The book is in a much better condition than the sales description could imply, ie the bookseller in no way overstates their case.
Excellent service all round.
