Anybook Ltd Anmeldelser

Fantastic experience with my recent purchase from Anybook. I had to amend my order and it was done swiftly. Books were as described and received in good packaging.

QUICK, FIRST RATE IN ALL AREAS, THANK YOU

Clear website- impressive range of content, & great personalised service.

We believe and trust the customer friendly environment in this site Anybook.com . I am a customer of Anybody since 2015 .

The book was, if anything, underdescribed for it's good condition - it was very good indeed. Regardless, the whole process was a real treat to use and the book arrived well within the time frame suggested. I've used this small business before and every time I've come away a completely satisfied customer! Thank you!!

The book was
described as in poor condition, but it was, in fact, perfectly acceptable.
In addition, it arrived commendably quickly and well-packaged.
I would gladly use this bookseller again.

Mail was a little late but Anybook responded very promptly when I queryed this. Book in fact arrived that day but I appreciate the generous and courteous response. I'd certainly be pleased to buy from them again!

The standard of book condition was set by the vendor as "Fair", it being an exlibrary service item. I suggest many other sellers would have described it as "Good" - I certainly did, upon opening the package today. I was really pleased it exceeded my expectations. Despatch & delivery were swift - no more than 2 working days from placing the order! Great Customer Service, thank you very much - you are good ambassadors for independent bookshops. I hope your success continues.

Prompt delivery and helpful customer service. Ordered books were exactly as described.

I came across a reference to an unusual book published in 1933 and then was surprised that a copy was available
from Anybook Ltd in the UK.
I put an order in through Biblio books online. A small
inquiry was answered overnight by Anybook Ltd.
The book arrived in a small provincial city in New Zealand within a very short time. I felt myself lucky to even be able to get a copy of it. Thomas Farmer

The book I ordered on EU Law went missing on its way to me in Bulgaria (not an unusual occurance), after reported this through the tracking, Anybook offered without hesitation to replace the book foc by sending a replacement to a family member in the UK. As it turned out the book eventually arrived, we've returned the replacement book to them. Great service.

Easy online ordering. Order fulfilled promptly. The book was as advertised. It arrived ahead of the projected date.

I ordered from anybook.com for the first time this month. The service they provided was very fast and reliable. The books arrived in EU in safe condition and with short time customs clearance.

A book delivery was mismanaged by the deliverer (Amazon delivery) but Simone at Anybook Ltd sorted out an immediate replacement copy, which was so very, very helpful.

Efficient transaction - quick and flawless. Book arrived before schedule.

We have purchased from Anybook Limited for many years. Their core competence is with older academic books which are still of value and where they provide an outstanding choice; they also list unusual general titles. The prices are fair and the service second to none. They have been particularly helpful in providing further information and photographs to enable the buyer to make an informed decision and they have done this for us on several occasions in the past.

Very responsive and extremely willing to work out a good solution for the customer. I will certainly turn to Anybook.com next time I need an out-of-print academic publication.

The description of the book's condition is detailed and matches what I received. The seller is patient with questions and very helpful.

Easy access and communication with the seller. Excellent service and books accurately described.
