Anybook Ltd Anmeldelser

Although this was an ex library book as advertised, it only had one small stamp in ink on flyleaf and one removable sticker on dust cover spine.
The book appears to have been little read if at all.
It was well packaged so very happy with the transaction as a whole.

very good service and very competent partner!

Very good communication - extremely honest about the condition of books. Delivery is prompt and postage not expensive. Books are very well and securely packed.
I would highly recommend this bookseller and have already submitted repeat orders!

When I ordered an old book they realised it was in worse condition than had been stated on ABE Books. They told me this and gave me the otion of cancelling. I chose to continue and the book is what I expected. A very satisfactory service.

The book’s condition is exactly as described, the International shipping (UK-Italy) was extremely fast, incredible price. Perfect.

Highly recommended bookshop. Wonderful selection of books, think it would be highly unlikely to find a similar published volume anywhere else and book is in much better condition than advertised. Excellent customer service from Simone who promptly answered queries and kindly emailed pictures. Delivery arrived much quicker than expected, will continue to peruse their website in future

The delivery of my order was two weeks overdue so I asked what to do. Promptly an offer was made for a refund or a resend.

The speed answer of any questions about the book that I buy.Thank you Anybook Ltd for your profesionalism.

Found a niche title at Anybook. Fair price for item and postage. Prompt dispatch. There was a problem with the courier company but Anybook couldn't have been more helpful in sorting it out. I would definitely recommend this bookstore.

Great Sales Team at Anybook. Very much customer-oriented. Are ready to re-check the condition of books before shipping if it is requested. Very kind service and always come back if something is open. Books arrive surprisingly quick and well wrapped to effectively prevent damage during shipment. Highly recommended!

Ordered three heavy books on history and they arrived in better condition than expected. Very quick delivery. Would thoroughly recommend.

The book's condition was rated by Anybook as 'good.' Now that it's arrived, I think it could have been fairly described as 'very good.'
The book was well secured in cardboard packaging for transit and arrived only 2 or 3 working days after I ordered it.
I'm likely to buy again from this company.

Fast and affordable international shipping. The book was well packed.

I found architecture books, at a very fair price, that I was since long time ago looking for. I received the books well packed, as described on add and before the schedualed delivery time. I recommend.

Great to deal with, answered all my questions and even answered after I bought the books.
Great packing too, will buy from again.

Efficient, very nice, very easy to do business with. Very satisfied with Any Books & would buy again.

Excellent customer service and communication - nothing too much trouble, and really competent sales staff. My second hand books were in great shape and priced very reasonably. They arrived with lightening speed via Amazon delivery services, so I was confident they would come when the tracking messages indicated they would. Highly recommended retailers - would definitely go back.

I ordered a secondhand book from here. Delivery was very prompt and sooner than predicted. The book was in very good condition with only a minor flaw that pointed out to me with an offer to return it if I wasn't happy. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Before ordering I wanted to be sure about the book's condition. An email produced exactly the information I needed to make my purchase (unlike some online book sellers who are unable to suppy details of a particular copy). So, good communication; and when the book arrived it was in a stout cardboard mailer (again, in contrast to some sellers, who use flimsy plastic wrappers); and it was exactly as described: good, clean copy, at a fair price. Well pleased with my purchase.

I didn't get an email saying that my order had been shipped (which is common for other orders). I emailed the company to ask if it had been shipped, and Simone responded promptly that it had. The package arrived a day later! Would recommend.
