Anybook Ltd Anmeldelser

I ordered a book 10 days ago. The book is in great conditions. However, it arrived with a one day-delay. Nevertheless, once I wrote an email, they answered me immediately. They were attentive and fast. Awesome customer service.

Had an international order and did not get any confirmation about the status of my package.
However, upon request I was provided with detailed information off how the delivery status within 24h, and it turned out that my package was delivered on the predicted day.
TL;DR: Reliable service and friendly support.

I received this book on 16 Jan, only 6 days after placing the order. I am so glad the complete Abebooks order no (662565152) was given - this respects customer rights to be informed they have received what they paid for, you give an email address for the original seller, and you sent this book in a strong envelope. All books need protection in the post. This is exactly what I expect in mail orders.
Thank you very much for your trouble,
William Jolliffe

For many years, I've wanted to own a copy of a particular out-of-print book. The few copies being offered online are priced way out of my range. Right before Christmas, I learned that Anybook Ltd had a copy for sale at a very reasonable price. They shipped it to me quickly, and I discovered the quality of this vintage book was better than described! I am very pleased about my shopping experience with Anybook Ltd. I would be very happy to deal with them again in the future.

The large set of 20 music books they sold me are beautiful. They arrived carefully packaged in less than two weeks to Canada from the UK. I am 100% pleased with the condition of every volume plus with every aspect of Anybook.biz's service from my initial query to delivery confirmation.

I am sincerely grateful to Simone Law and her colleagues at Anybook.biz for the ongoing honest, knowledgeable, efficient, polite, helpful, invaluable service their dedicated team continues to provide to me and to others worldwide. It is so nice to know that even in modern times of global unrest and tension that great book treasure bargains can still be found hand-in-hand with a touch of old-fashioned bookseller courtesy.

I have been a book collector for 50 years, and admittedly a rather exacting one at that. Without any reservations whatsoever I am pleased to wholeheartedly recommend the services of this outstanding bookshop.

I ordered a single vintage volume through Biblio.com from Anybook, Ltd. recently. Simone contacted me via email when they located the book, because they found that neither copy that they had available quite met their standards, to determine whether I still wanted the volume. I was willing to take a chance on it and asked that she select the better of the two (in her judgment) and to send it on. It crossed the Atlantic and arrived at my door safely, and surpassed my expectations on receipt, based upon her description. I am an on-again, off-again bookseller myself, and this is precisely the sort of care and attention that I appreciate and strive to provide. Thank you to Simone and all at Anybook, Ltd. I would order with confidence again from your firm without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Great opportunity to buy books that otherwise I would not buy. Careful with packing, and polite if you need to contact them. Thank you.

The books contents are really interesting to read.
