I am very sorry to learn there have been delays with GLS delivering your order. There has been a report of some logistical issues with them however, I can see your order was delivered on 8th December.

Absolutely Useless
Useless. Not an Irish company in spite of its name. Tried to cancel order for LED bulb shortly after ordering. Told it had been dispatched. Cost €12.50 plus postage. Total €24. Apparently it came from the Netherlands. A week later having arrived home at 6.00 pm I found the parcel dumped at my door an hour later without receiving any contact from the delivery driver. In the meantime I found the same bulb for €7.50 in Stillorgan. Contacted customer service which is based in Sweden who told me to return the item for a refund. At Post Office I was informed that return postage would cost €20. Very poor service.

Please note that any-lamp.ie operates as one of the interfaces of Any Lamp BV, a Dutch company registered with the Revenue agency in the Republic of Ireland as a non-resident entity. This information is available on our website, though I understand you may have missed this information.
Regarding your order, we aim to offer same day dispatch whenever possible, and to meet these targets many of our processes are automated. As a result, your order had already been prepared and handed over to GLS. It is unfortunate that you were not available to refuse the delivery, which would have avoided the return postage charge.
We only cover return shipping costs in cases where the incorrect items were delivered. As this was not the situation here, we are unable to reimburse the return postage.

Super handy when replacing a niche bulb
They have a great selection of bulbs and really good filtering on their website to allow easy comparison of similar bulbs. Shipping was a bit slow to Ireland but everything arrived safely. The bulbs suit my needs. Very happy and will buy again.

Order not arrived
Ordered lighting from anylamp.ie was to arrive on the 4th of Nov still has not arrived. They sent me a tracking number which I can not track from ireland. I have sent them an email they got back to me saying it should arrive the next day that was a week ago. I have sent them another email but received no reply. They have an irish contact number that dose not work a uk contact number that is closed as soon as you dial 1or2 for a service. What is the story with this company will I need to go to my bank to get a charge back?
