Ordered over £100 worth of goods and returned it all a week late out of there 14 day returns policy and was refused a refund. My fault I know but time can run away from you sometimes.
I asked if they could kindly issue a refund as I have no intention of ordering again but they only offered me a store credit which i don’t want to use so I’ve basically lost £150. Really disappointed.

I received a different size to what I ordered , this company was so efficient sorting it out , I was so pleased they did not cause any more inconvenience to me , also the leggings I ordered I love them , I have them in 2 colours now .

Amazing quality and great customer service!

When I ordered my bits they came fast I was over the moon with them quality was out of this world, but the colour was a bit too young for me so needs an exchange.
This took some time as there portal was down , my husband mention Instagram messenger which I did and they got back to me within MINUTES!! She was so helpful and sent my bits out next day delivery which is fab cos I’m going away this weekend and got the outfit for this time away . They was professional explaining what had happened and rectifying the issue within 20 minutes of my message. Brilliant service and lovely cloths

Exceptional customer service by Daisy. Emailed on a Saturday Evening and got a response the same evening and my issue dealt with excellently. Would highly recommend and will continue to use in the future as their legging and top sets are amazing!

I ordered leggings and when I went to remove the label to wear them for the first time I noticed the stitching around the waistband where the label was attached had completely come out and looked terrible. I emailed them a picture and they said as I hadn’t emailed within 48 hours of receiving the item they wouldn’t be able to refund me. After reminding them of consumer law and after 6-7 emails they eventually did refund me. Don’t buy from them. I wish I’d read trustpilot before buying from a new brand. I had to fight for my refund and it took 3 weeks to get them to process it.

In such a crowded market and with such average quality clothing they won’t last long treating customers this way. I’m also disappointed at how many influencers I’ve seen promoting them and think they should be more mindful of encouraging their followers spend their money with a brand like this.

I need a returns form from this company but they will not respond to my emails I should of had a returns form with my parcel but didn’t and when I try to process the return on their website it says unable to process request. Their website says they aim to respond within 24hrs but I’ve been waiting 10 days for a response. I’m so dissapointed as I’ve ordered from here a couple of times but as I’ve never needed to return or use their customer service I didn’t know how bad they were.

Best leggings I own! Second skin leggings are soft, not see through, the perfect fit and great quality. Can’t wait to get my second skin shorts I recently ordered! Highly recommend!

Clothes are amazing and so soft and comfortable.

Waited over a month for my order to arrive, after constantly emailing them to ask where my order is. When it finally arrived I opened my parcel to a faulty item. Absolute joke
Don’t bother ordering from here it’s not worth it

They let you order items that are out of stock and then take your money without feeling the need to inform you that it was out stock, whilst they keep your money. Very unprofessional.

Same as the most recent reviews, waited over 3 weeks for some leggings. Same excuses and awful customer service, no apology, just blaming it on strikes which happened way after I ordered. There was absolutely nothing on the website to say to would take 10 days just to dispatch (it took 12) and you were only altered to this in your confirmation email. Will not be ordering from them again.

Awful. I ordered some leggings almost 4 WEEKS ago now, and still haven’t received. I contacted them and there customer service is shocking!! Shows their online on Instagram but ignores yours messages for days. They keep blaming on Black Friday & RM strikes but I ordered way before those things. Told me to contact them on Monday (today) if there is no update and now have told me to wait even longer !! DO NOT BUY from this company!! Shein takes quicker to deliver 🙄

Awful. They didn’t pay the postage charge so I had to pay to collect the parcel (meaning I’ve spent over £7 on postage fees)
Was told they’d refund me - still waiting 6 weeks later and any time I try to contact them I get a generic response saying it will be sorted soon.
Do not recommend.
