If I could leave a one star review I would. Very similar situation to many others but I spent £282 unfortunately. I didn’t receive my order and then contacted customer services who said they where raising and investigation with yodel, and now 3/4 days on my emails are now being ignored. Shocking when this is such a big, broadcasted company. I’m really disappointed

Stay away from this company. After weeks of waiting for my items, I was told they were on a “break” which after reading these reviews I assume means they’re in hiding! Just wish I looked here first before throwing my hard earned cash at the idiots behind this brand. Not only after taking my money, I was left with no leggings or top! I asked for a refund as 6 weeks had went by but I got ignored, so raised a dispute with my bank and I am still awaiting the outcome. I just hope this review helps someone else and prevents the same thing happening to some other innocent person. Please be careful who you choose to shop with and do your research. I find it even more annoying that influencers showcase this brand on large social media platforms without knowledge of any of this happening to the honest hardworking people that fall it. Disgusting.

22 days and still waiting on a refund, returns were received on the 19th December, over £100 worth of items that did not fit correctly!! Will never buy from here again!

Not happy I have still not received my order and the customer service is awful no one replies to your emails or messages to let you know what is happening. Will not order from them again!! If your not sending them please refund my payment or I will contact my bank?

Agree with the previous review. If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I like the products but I will never order from here again due to the customer service and that you have to wait such a long time for a refund. There website says you will receive a refund within 14 days. That would have been nice!!

Ordered a couple of times now from here. Both times I’ve had to wait over a month for a refund. It’s now been 6 weeks and I’m still waiting to be refunded. I have had to email customer service over and over again enquiring about getting my refund to which I am told they will look into it to see if they can speed things up, but then they don’t actually bother to. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from here purely for the hassle of having to fight for your refund if you need to send anything back.

Love the products from this brand , I will say my first order I did recieve a faulty item but this dealt with quickly and the customer support team was brilliant and I am very happy with item managed to order few things in the sale but I will say I would pay full price for the items I have received , the quality is brilliant, looking foreward to new items being released and I will be ordering more in future

Love this brand the leggings are so comfortable and well made, great colours too! I also received an amazing customer service experience from Courtney when I had a bit of an issue with an order that came late she totally helped me sort it all, very professional and in a timely fashion. Definitely would recommend this brand to anyone! Thanks again for all your help!

I bought a pair of leggings before Christmas and have only just noticed the logo at the back has slightly rubbed off in the wash so I contacted the company and they have been very helpful and sent me a replacement. Quick replies back and excellent customer service

Great quality of clothing, especially the leggings for petite girls. They were very quick to respond & rectify my issue - great customer service from my experience. Understand being a small brand it’s trial and error in navigating what works best of the brand to give the best service to their customers, it’s clear form the communication I have had with them that they have the intention to continually improve. Will definitely continue to be a regular customer.

This is how customer service should be, many businesses could learn from anotherversion. I have been a customer for a few years and ordered many items.
Unfortunately one pair of leggings fell short of the usual quality after a couple of months of wear.

I contacted customer services (Daisy) with an e-mail on a Sunday and within literally an hour I had a response offering a couple of solutions along with an apology. With a quick reply my concern was resolved and anotherversion went over and above what I expected. Within 3 days I had a new pair of leggins delivered at no cost. You cannot fault them - very professional. I also like the fact that the business empower their staff to make decisions to find a resolution without the need to escalate- sign of a good business.

Great products and great customer service! One of my items became faulty and a few emails later, the matter was resolved. Really happy with the service provided. Thank you!
