Per me anche se il software è molto semplice da usare , per mia opinione preferirei canva per la quale sono simili e mi trovo meglio. A me facendo una presentazione di scuola mi si è cancellato con un pulsante del mouse tutto che avevo fatto.

This is honestly been one of the worst companies to deal with. We were looking into utilizing the software as an alternative to some current software for marketing and video creation. The video creations that are coming from this software are very similar to ones that are a fraction of the price And often times the generated images would contain errors like creating a third hand in AI images and would also pull images that included water marks from third parties which we did not want to appear in marketing material. We attempted to reach out to the company and provided evidence of the issues in the software and we were brushed off and told that it's no big deal that the software is working fine and that they also aren't willing to issue refunds even though we could clearly show there was issues with it. I would not recommend working with this company and would recommend looking into options like Canva or even render forest that for a fraction of the price work much better.

I had high hopes for Animaker, but it’s been a frustrating experience. The app is always lagging, making it nearly impossible to complete a project smoothly. Every few minutes, it freezes or crashes, forcing me to refresh the page and start over.

Not only does this waste a lot of time, but it also disrupts the creative process. Features that should be simple and efficient feel clunky because of these constant interruptions. If Animaker can’t fix these technical issues, I can’t recommend it to anyone.

I had an amazing experience with Animaker's support team. Although they don't have a standard refund policy, I hadn't used my account for over 3 months, and after reaching out to explain my situation, the team was very understanding and made an exception to process a refund for me.

Their support was prompt, professional, and empathetic, and they genuinely went the extra mile to help me. It's not often you come across a company willing to make such exceptions, and I truly appreciate their understanding.

I’m really grateful for their flexibility and support. It's clear they value their customers, and I will definitely consider using Animaker again in the future. Highly recommend their service and customer care!

Animaker was very simple to use and very enjoyable especially that I am a Biomedical Science Student with no previous graphics /design experiences. This was easy and brilliant to use . The help team from Animaker were so helpful and considerate when aiding me .

Pros y contras de trabajar con Animaker (Pro Plan):
1.Pros: Versatilidad de las herramientas (creación vídeos, subtítulos...); excelente atención y eficiencia del servicio técnico (thanks to Ashik & Co!); variedad de recursos (plantillas, imágenes, vídeos, etc.); innovación; calidad producto final (con poco esfuerzo/tiempo se consigue un producto muy resultón); tutoriales para aprender a utilizar la plataforma (aunque de por sí es fácil e intuitivo).
También valoro mucho que, más allá de las plantillas y dependiendo de tu capacidad creativa, puedes realizar narrativas en animación bastante personalizadas.

2.Contras: La renderización a veces es lenta (depende del momento del día o conexión a Internet); los personajes de animación no abarcan otras identidades de género (diversidad de género); con el tiempo algunos recursos utilizados en vídeos pueden desaparecer por derechos de autor (pero el servicio técnico ofrece alternativas).

Animaker is easy to use and fun. I used it for a school project where I di not want to be on the video, so this worked perfectly. The only thing I could not figure out was how to tab my bullet points when I was making lists.

After watching the provided tutorials, creating animations using Animaker was smooth and satisfying! Customer service was very prompt and helpful when I had questions!

Os recursos disponíveis são muito bons. Quem não tem habilidade com programas de edição muito elaborados, consegue fazer um vídeo de qualidade muito boa pelo Animaker.

Sneaky charges! I feel scammed! I am very disappointed with my experience with Animaker. In the past, I had downloaded the program and used it once. Apparently I unknowingly opted for a subscription. Five days before the renewal of this subscription I didn’t realize I had, I received an email stating that 300 euros would be charged; however, this email went to my spam folder, so I didn’t see it. Despite never actively using their program, my subscription was unexpectedly renewed, and 300 euros were charged.

When I reached out on the day of the charge and explained that I was in the hospital with my father, who had just suffered a stroke, and therefore hadn’t checked my spam folder, the company showed absolutely no flexibility or goodwill. Their refusal to show understanding or offer any accommodation in this exceptional situation has left me with a very negative impression. I feel scammed!

Very happy with the support and guidance - the problem has been solved in a timely manner - thank you all for doing such a great job!
