Be really careful when returning goods - Angle claimed not to have received mine and I’ve lost a considerable amount of money.
The returns process on the website was to call a number - I called and was told to return my goods to the address advertised on the website - I asked for confirmation of address and the girl didn’t know but said the one on the website was fine.
My returned parcel was not received and I have lost my money.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience and that you believe your return was not received.
We would, however, like to clarify some of the points made in this review. The member of our team you spoke to has worked with us for over seven years and regularly deals with customer returns, so she is very familiar with our returns process and the correct return address. We therefore have no reason to believe that you would have been advised to simply send the parcel to an incorrect address.
Unfortunately, once a customer has sent a return, we need to be able to identify and confirm receipt of the parcel in order to process the return. We were unable to locate your returned parcel, and this was not a case of us refusing to refund a return that we had received.
We appreciate that losing money on a return is frustrating, and we would always recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage when returning goods, particularly where the value of the parcel is significant.
We’re sorry that we were unable to resolve this to your satisfaction, but we feel it is important to clarify that we did not knowingly withhold a refund for goods that had been received.
