An excellent service. We asked Andrew to produce a specific defect report for us on the condition of two flat roofs. His communication by phone calls, Whatsapp and email was excellent and his advice before, during and after we received the report was first class. We asked for an amendment to the report which was done promptly. I have been disappointed with previous surveyors I have used in the past for house purchases. I can fully reccomend Andrew and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Communication has been good from start to finish. We received a thorough Survey Report, the were things we weren’t sure of so we had a follow up phone call with Andrew to run through everything which has been extremely helpful and cleared up our questions. We have used them twice now and the service is superb. Then whole process is so easy for the initial instructions to the finally report. Professional friendly staff on the phone and you own account to follow the process all the way through. The report itself led is very detailed and the images taken were excellent and better than the sales details and useful to work with for planning the move. I highly recommend the company who take the stress out of this part of the purchase process. A simple summary call on the day of the survey eases any concerns you may have.

Having had a home buyers survey on a property I am purchasing it identified a structural issue. I approached Andrew James Property Surveyors and they quickly arranged to do a structural survey of the issue and provided a report and recommendations which has resulted in the vendor rectifying the issue prior to completion. Cannot fault Andrew James property surveyors and valuers. Andrew was friendly and helpful when we needed advice on which survey to book. He conducted our level 3 survey within a week of our enquiry. An we had our results very quickly. The results were emailed to us and our report was very detailed. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional service. We booked to have a L3 survey and valuation done on a property we were hoping to purchase. Both the survey and valuation were very thorough and I felt like no stone was left unturned. Andy was amazing, calling the same day the reports were issued to help understand the conclusions, plus we knew we could call if we had any further queries. We felt like we were in very safe hands and that we'd really been looked after. What a great team! Will definitely use them again.

Our experience was excellent. We booked in for a L3 survey as we knew our property was older and likely required a reasonable level of work. We received our report in just under a week, which was comprehensive and thorough (95 pages long!). We digested and sent through our questions to Andrew, who booked in a call to go through them. We had some nervousness about a couple of the areas and Andrew was great at providing additional context and for discussing our options with us. We have since completed and moved in and we have yet to find something that wasn't raised on the survey. We would thoroughly recommend Andrew James surveyors!
