Such a great experience, the Survey was excellent and very thorough , done really quickly and the full Survey Report back within the week. The survey was done the week following appointment and we had the comprehensive report before the end of the next week.
The best aspect of the service was responding to a request for a phone call to discuss some of the issues raised within the report, which the surveyor did even although he was actually on holiday.

An excellent service. We asked Andrew to produce a specific defect report for us on the condition of two flat roofs. His communication by phone calls, Whatsapp and email was excellent and his advice before, during and after we received the report was first class. We asked for an amendment to the report which was done promptly. I have been disappointed with previous surveyors I have used in the past for house purchases. I can fully reccomend Andrew and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
