Great company , all staff lovely and respond quickly to any phone calls etc.

Absolutely abhorrent service. The owner of this company cannot follow the most simple of court ordered instructions. We have no signed contract with them as per TPO code of conduct. Now emailed me to say they are gonna invoice £12k despite no contract being in place.

The team at Andrew Grant Worcester, led by Jo Black, took care of our flat sale from start to finish with professionalism and positivity. It took many months and many viewings to sell our flat but through it all the staff were upbeat and friendly, keeping us in the loop at all steps of the process. Nice job done. Thanks!

Our first experience with Andrew Grant was great - we took to Dan immediately and we thought if we trust him then so will potential buyers. The brochure they produced was brilliant and got us dozens of viewings in no time. Once we had an offer we especially appreciated the weekly updates we got from Louise - even when there was no news it was good to know we hadn't been forgotten.

I’m really grateful to Andrew Grant Kidderminster for their help in selling my property. Justin Heath (and Patricia Eriksson), and Tonia Millard were a dream team. They took over from another agent to deliver the quick sale I was looking for, giving honest advice and keeping a steady stream of viewings. They all worked incredibly hard, and were thoroughly professional. Tonia, especially, was amazing at driving the final details of the sale process and holding my hand through the bumps in the road!

We have been tenants with Andrew Grant for 6 years, our account managers change often, so it's stressful when we have to call and report anything. Our cooker was condemned last week and I had the pleasure of speaking with Daniel Pycock at the Worcester branch who has been amazing .. luckily for us our Landlord has always been amazing which has always been a reassurance. But Daniel is by far the best account manager we have ever dealt with.so thank you so much Daniel.

I have been a landlady with Andrew Grant for over a decade now and have had very little issues with tenants … Covid bought a few problems due to not being able to do checks inside the property but that thankfully was an exception and the issues from that were dealt with very swiftly and positively by a previous Andrew grant employee called Chloe … she was amazing in a pretty stressful time… They take finding the correct tenant very seriously for the property and that is extremely important for obvious reasons. It has to be the right fit for tenants and landlady to provide a smooth let. I have just recently had a change in tenants due to them relocating so I took the opportunity to do some renovations and updates to the house. The agents were understanding of my time line and both Mandy and Laura were excellent at their jobs of vetting the potential new tenants for the property. Extremely personable and knew their stuff. Outstanding. They listened to my concerns and acted upon them and still managed to find the perfect couple in the tight time line laid out. Karla at the office runs a tight ship and is very professional and they are all a delight to work with. If I have anything negative to say it would be a reduction on fees for landlords with longevity and loyalty would be helpful but when I asked it was clearly declined due to reinvestment in the business which is understandable however a little acknowledgement for loyalty I feel would go a long way. I am the kind of landlady who leaves a welcome bottle of fizz or chocolates for each new tenancy agreement and I know the tenants are grateful for the gesture. All in all I would highly recommend AG and the letting team and congratulate them on providing a great service 😊

Andrew Grant have been a great help to me renting out my first property (which they also sold to me) and I've had a great experience both times. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, and have done their best to support me and ensure the right tenants have been chosen. I would definitely recommend and would happily use them again!

Andrew Grant Lettings have recently managed to find new tenants for my buy-to-let flat and also negotiated a decent monthly rate.

All relevant transactions completed in a reasonably short time.

Efficient and effective service

I have used Andrew Grant Lettings as my managing agent on a property for a number of years, which tells you a lot about the service I have received. Recently during a re-letting period the transfer between tenancies was managed seamlessly by the team including a special callout for Karla (and Claire who provided support). Great service from the lettings and property management teams!

This was my first experience with Andrew Grant. I am gonna be honest, best agents to go ahead with. The whole process from application till move in along with present queries, they have been phenomenal! Thank you Karla and all of the rest team for making things easier and smoother for me.

Having recently viewed a property with Mandy from Andrew Grant Worcester I would like to say how impressed I was with her knowledge of the property and the surrounding area. Mandy was extremely professional in her approach whilst also being friendly. I didn’t feel rushed in any way whilst viewing the property and was given plenty of time to look around and ask any questions. Having viewed numerous properties I can say Mandy really has something unique and offers a level of service I hadn’t experienced elsewhere.

We have recently purchased our new home through Andrew Grant, viewing and offer process was very clear and quick with no issues.

Our 5* review is aimed at Tonia Millard who is designated Sales Progressor for Andrew Grant, and she worked wonders for us. Tonia is fully committed to her role and knows the process inside out. She went above and beyond to help chase the bottom of our chain, solicitors, conveyancers , agents and more! We wouldn’t have been able to complete on our dream home if it wasn’t for Tonia pushing and chasing every single day to make this happen.

Tonia communicated very well and kept us up to date constantly, she is an asset to Andrew Grant and we hope this is recognised there.

just had the worst experince with Andrew Grant estate Agents
After 2 years they could not get an offer with little viewings , there service was poor and i withdrew the property from them and they demanded a payment for pictures and vidos ..after agreeing to pay £1200 now they wont give the pictures of videos to us be warned there are better agents to deal with in this area we were sold a dream but in reareality sold just lies be warned !!!!!

I have just completed a house sale with Andrew grant. I found their service and continued updates on my house sale to be excellent. The property I sold was a rental managed by another estate agent. The managing company showed no interest is selling the property, I guess they were quite happy taking the management fee. Andrew Grant set a date for the property to live for sale and I accepted an offer on the first day of viewing. My experience with Andrew Grant was fantastic.

Staff at Andrew Grant go out of their way to sell your house, get the best price and keep you informed of what is happening throughout the process. Selling our house was tough but they re-doubled their efforts when our sale fell through twice, through no fault of theirs. They liaised with other agents in the chain and helped us keep the house we wanted to buy. Andrew Grant would be my first choice as estate agent in the future and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

After a bad experience of twenty weeks with another agent, who did absolutely nothing other than put our house on Rightmove, it was a relief to work with Andrew Grant and the team. From the very beginning they were professional and efficient, arranging many viewings with potential buyers accompanied by a charming agent ( Guy) who really took care to know the property and display it to its fullest advantage. As soon as we had established which offer we wanted to accept, the sales facilitator, ( Tonia Millard) was with us at every step of the way, guiding us through any difficulties, listening sympathetically and offering expertise and advice on our ongoing purchase, chasing up solicitors when necessary, and generally making the whole process as painless as possible. i cannot recommend this team highly enough and wish that we had not wasted twenty weeks with another agent.

Absolutely the best estate agents one could imagine. Lovely to work with, excellent on communication. They found us buyers very quickly and followed through at every point. I would not consider using any other estate agent now!
