Do not buy these shoes! Bought a pair of Pliaria Raffia and leather boat shoes (RRP over £300) from selfridges in June, of this year and the open weave raffia has already boken in various areas PLUS within 6 weeks i had to have them resoled!!

NEVER buy from their own website. In the middle of returning 2 pairs of sandals, been over a month, no refund yet. Appalling. Considering the return is also not free, ridiculous process. AVOID

DONT order online if buying from the UK. Have few pairs of these sandals so was excited to get another pair. They were far too small so sizing isn’t consistent. Returned day after I received in 28th June, item was stuck in customs for almost 3 weeks. Finally they arrive at the seller and now I’m having to chase refund. We’re now on 12th August and still no refund.
Customer services are quick to reply to my messages and staff helpful but still no refund. Seemingly they use another company to do their sales & refunds for international buyers. Having now to get my credit card company involved.
For a premium brand it’s definitely not premium service. Will never use again and will never give this company my money. Not worth the hassle!

Have 4 pairs shoes from this brand, all size 39. So i order the jelly shoes in 39, and ..way too small. Apparently they run small but no warning of this on the sales page. Returned to athens from uk, stuck in customs now 20 days, wont send out larger pair until they are back, too late for my holiday!! And worst of all they deducted BOTH the shipping fee and the return courier, down £24 and NO SHOES. DONT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE

They look beautiful but don't last very long.

Terrible, terrible company.

After one trip to the beach, the soles of my jelly shoes started peeling. Customer service took weeks to respond, only to claim the damage was caused by exposure to seawater—despite the shoes being advertised as suitable for the beach, so advertising terms were breached.

For such expensive flip-flops, the quality is unacceptable. They’re uncomfortable, poorly made, and backed by diabolical customer service. I feel completely ripped off.

Horrible measurements. I ordered Kansiz footbed sandals. The sandals have big soles (too big for a size 29) and the straps are either too loose or way too tight - on the same shoe. The straps cut into your skin painfully. On top of it, they charge 14 euros for you to return them. A scam.

They are terrible, I saw their brand at Selfridge, that is how I trusted them to do shopping from them. Got the sandals, however they came bigger than I thought. I am trying to return them. And now they charge £14 return!!!! Unbelievable!! Never buying from them again!

I love how simple but elegant my Ancient Greek Sandals look. They go with almost anything I wear in the summer. They're light on my feet and have become the pair I keep reaching for when it's warm out.

If I could leave no stars I would. Never ever ever will I order from this company again. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I returned a pair of sandals I ordered as they turned out to be too big. I downloaded the label that was issued to me. This was 3 weeks ago almost one month and the parcel is still at Athens airport. No sign of refund. No explanation. No apology. A disgrace. Please take your custom elsewhere and take my advice-do not order from this company.

I never received the shoes and they won't refund - the service is so poor, they will scam you. Beware!

Really terrible quality. I have had my sandals just two months and they look so bad that I'll soon need to through them away. The leather has started to peel on both soles and the front of the sandals and the straps are now so loose that they feel like they'll fall off my feet.

I paid full price expecting them to last several years and cannot believe how shoddy these actually are.

Beautiful Sandals, but terrible, terrible quality.

I purchased a pair of new Ancient Greek Sandals recently. Sadly, within minutes of wearing them the metallic paint started to flake off. Within four days of use, both Sandals lost a lot of the finish. Even worse, the glue bonding the upper and lower leather soles together detached from the middle forwards and sideways in both Sandals. I have before and after pictures so can prove this.

I'm extremely disappointed, Sandals at this price point shouldn't have flaky leather paint, nor both soles detaching after just a few days of wear.

The design is beautiful though, and they are very comfortable to wear. Thus the one star.

But I find it unacceptable that such expensive Sandals basically fall apart within a few days of wear, of which none in moist conditions.

PRO: Schönes Design
CONTRA: Ich würde hier nicht wieder bestellen! Versandkosten für Bestellung 7€, was glauben macht, dass eine mögliche Retoure ebenfalls 7€ kostet! Weit gefehlt: die Retoure kostet dann 15€ ... = 21€ shippingcosts für ein Paar Sandalen. Was für eine Abzocke, No Go!!

I don’t understand how these buyers have had negative experiences. I’ve had absolutely brilliant customer service! Unfortunately the Eleftheria sandals that I own broke where the strap is after only wearing them for 8 months. I contacted the customer service team regarding this issue. They offered to send a brand new pair of sandals of my choice! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

compré Charys2 flatform (335 €) super bonitas y suela ultra confortable pero la tira que sujeta el pie.... en la primera caminata de 6 minutos... me serró la piel del empeine...Inviables para el día a día.

Why did I not check this company here?! I bough sandals,within 3 day I have them home - I was very happy with so fast delivery ! Sandals were too small too heavy not worth the money in my opinion.
I made return I gave receive rma - with this docs I need to send them back .
I can not find any transport company which will accept this return note ! No ups , no DHL , no post nothing ! If I don’t want to pay for them /klaarna/ I must pay 16€ to send them back ! Ridiculous.
So no free back order !

I was literally chasing the customer service for letting them know that the sandal I bought was defective. After one month of back and forth where I told them to even send the product for them to see for themselves, they just answered that this is how the product is = big feet with a width. Such a bad customer service. I have already shared a signed complaint to the ministry of consumers complaint.

My feet started bleeding after 20mins of wearing the sandals. I informed the company nicely and asked them for a solution, but their response was only that leather requires time to soften. Unbelievable customer handling, especially for a 200 bucks sandal.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THEIR OVERPRICED PRODUCTS!
