Efficient and prompt service, no problems whatsoever. My films were processed with no issues other than perhaps being a little over developed, the negs are a tad dense - but I am being a bit "picky".... Se mere

Can't fault the staff! I had a small issue with my last order, partly down to my own misunderstanding, and Oliver sorted it out quickly and satisfactorily. Very happy with the service received.

Skrevet af virksomheden
Started by Paul and Mary in 2018, Analogue Wonderland has grown to be a leading online retailer and photo lab for photographic film: we exist to make film photography fun and accessible for everyone! We stock over 200 different films, so there's always lots for analogue photographers to explore, and we support the small independent film manufacturers who are working hard for the future of the industry. We are still a small family-run business, operating from our Buckinghamshire base, so your feedback and reviews are invaluable to help us understand and improve our service!

Fantastic Service
The team at Analogue Wonderland went out of their way to help me with a request for disposable cameras and development. They are a fantastic team who really show they care. I am really grateful for their service and would highly recommend to others.

Thanks Max, we appreciate the review!
Took forever
While quality was good, turnaround time was poor. Much much later than I was told when placing the order, waiting for over a month for my photos to be processed, and then weeks more for my negatives to be returned.

Hi Josh, thanks for leaving a review!
We were certainly overwhelmed and I'm sorry that you had to wait so long for your scans + negatives. For us when the choice is between speed and quality, we're always going to pick the latter. It's been a very busy month, but we've learnt a lot about how we can improve our turnaround times for next summer, so hopefully by then you can expect both!

That's what I'm talking about Gordon! Thanks so much for the review! We want everyone to be able to shoot some film so this is the best kind of feedback!
Very good service overall.…
The website is well organised and the order process quite easy to navigate. For some reason,
there was a delay in the processing of my order, so it took longer than expected to get my scanned photos. Subsequent order for prints was handled very quickly and prints arrived within a few days. So apart from the initial delay I was very happy with the service.

Great Company
The process to send off film is pretty straightforward, and I have never had any issues with any of the developed photos. I have had to wait a while sometimes, but they are up-front about the high demand that they've been dealing with, and I appreciate their hard work. Everything is always well packaged and of great quality. My go-to for camera-related stuff!

Hi Ella! We appreciate your understanding so much! Running a small lab can be hard especially with the amount of orders we get in the summer - but customers like yourself who see our quality for what it is really keep the teams spirits high - so thank you so much for all the kind words!
