I stumbled on your site on a FB ad. One of my sons bought a new house that had chickens so I am obsessed about it. Love all of the chicken items that you sell.

I ordered something and the shipping address recorded as billing address. However, it was to be shipped elsewhere. I noticed right away and emailed customer service within 10 minutes. Their website says you have two hours to make changes. I still don’t have what I ordered and the whole experience has been awful. Communication is also terrible and very slow. I even offered to just have my daughter pick up the item.

I have not received it and have no idea if it’s on the way

I have purchased several items from American Farm Company, and have always had wonderful experience! The quality of the items is top notch. On one occasion, I inadvertently ordered the wrong size. I sent an email explaining the situation, received a very prompt response, and the transaction was quickly made so I had the correct item. I always get compliments when I wear the apparel, and I am quick to say where I purchased it!

What’s the best thing - I’m not really sure? Is it the customer service or the products - equally great! I have ordered the Christmas pj’s for my grandkids for the 4th year in a row - the kids love them and I love to see the 10 of them matching! They are the softest - I did start getting myself matching ones last year - they are so cozy! Can’t wait for this year’s to arrive!

I received my items and they are super cute, but my chicken sweater has a huge hole in the left sleeve. I have messaged their customer help email and an waiting for a response. I did go to the return/exchange page and it claimed the sweater was not an option for return/exchange. Not sure why that it??? Hopefully I can get this resolved because it is super cute!

These cookbooks are so fun! I was excited to be able to submit a recipe but I wish I would have gotten an email that they decided to use my recipe. I have 4 of these cookbooks and was a little disappointed that there are multiple repeat recipes (from the same people, same photo and all) in multiple cookbooks I’ve bought. For the price of them I would expect new/different recipes in each book.
