I wouldn’t know because I still don’t have my items. The amount of time it took to be shipped was very long (5 whole days) and now shipping is taking over a week. Not a great first impression to a new customer that’s for sure.

I am disappointed with the way your company operates.

I bought two bags from your store and you sent me a message saying that UPS had delivered them to my mailbox.

I checked the security cameras at my front door and there was no UPS delivery at my house on Tuesday.

I sent you a photo of my house to compare with the photo UPS sent, and you haven't responded to this day.

This is frustrating. I think you should value your customers; after all, you don't need them just once.

I had been searching for a meatl thermometer that is easy to read. This one includes different meats on which to set the red arrow to show that the selected meat is done. Also, this thermometer can be inserted into the meat and not be damaged by the heat. I truly love it!

The chicken adult bamboo pajama pants were about six inches too long. I'm 5'8" so I'm not short and they were way too long. Also the material was very poor quality and I would have returned them except their return fee and my having to pay shipping would result in a very low credit. I will not be purchasing from American Farm Company again.

In regard to the order below:

I NEVER buy goods from CHINA. Not ever. That's why I use companies such as "American" Farm Company.

My husband was raised on a cattle ranch/farm in the Northwest Corner and that's one of the reasons why we have supported you and why we only buy American Made goods. But, you don't know anything about farming, do you? You just use that moniker, that brand, to sell stuff related to something you've never done, don't you? So called Iowa farmers selling goods from China and Egypt. Very attractive.

You are absolutely incredulous. You want to sell goods from our enemies, fine. Just don't do it directly under the American Flag, right in our faces as you claim to be dedicated to our country, and while trying to make us believe you know anything about raising live stock, growing crops and being dedicated to the trade 24 hours a day every day of the year, even on holidays.

I could have bought a meat thermometer made in China at Walmart or the Dollar Store. Does it say on your "American" web site that this particular item is made in China? NO. No, it does not.

So, here's the deal: you ARE going to refund the price of this piece of foreign made garbage, plus tax, right back to me. PERIOD! If you want to send a postage paid shipping label I will send it to you. It came with the packaging damaged. The item is falling off the card. Take it, I don't want it in my home.

You should be completely ashamed of yourselves for betraying your own values and the American people. Having integrity takes courage - the courage to never give in to the temptation of making a few more cents on the dollar as compared to loyalty to your country - and your very own name - which I now know is a complete canard.

Only greed could have made you do this shameful thing.

A refund with or without a shipping label, up to you. That's what I want and that's what I expect.

I've been a fan for years. We are a farm family from Nebraska.
Love the content and quality of their products. I feel that the clothing is true to sz. We've enjoyed it all, clothing to dishclothes, from Little kiddos on up to grandparents. The only thing I'd love is if the clothing was a little less expensive. We'd be able to wear AFC clothes way more often. They are the clothes I reach for first in my closet.

The products are adorable that is what makes them great. Giving 4/5 bc the pjs would be better if they were cotton, and the toddler pjs are not true to size. Ordered a 3t, and it fits more like a 2t. I recommend sizing up for toddlers.
