Umair was very helpful arranging my samples and prescription. Going over and above to ensure I received my order, contacting my GP and helping with the courier service. He rang me back to confirm everything and I'm happy with the product, comfortable and better than my previous product.

I’ve recently had an ileostomy and have been trying different products. Umair Akhtar was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He arranged for samples and then followed up. I will be using some of these products and I’m very happy with the experience.

All of the staff at amcare are very helpful and always do their up most best to help in anyway possible x I'm so very grateful to all . I recently ordered my usual items , the lovely lady whom delt with this was a kind , helpful, considerare and empathetic lady . She not only gave me some helpful information but explained to me how to correctly apply the product's . I have had my stomer for ten years and no one has ever enquired how I should properly apply them . I'm am so very grateful to mandy . Super service - efficient, kind and patient staff, particularly Caroline. Nothing is too much trouble - it's easier for me to email my query and Caroline always responds almost immediately. Painless
This has been such a transformation for me after years of using catheters that have just caused pain and discomfort when using.I have never had a one to one person that actually understands what I have to do on a daily basis and Caroline Has been such a breath of fresh air and support.Knowing that I have her to contact with any issues that I may have is such a relief and that they are delivered to my home is even better.This is a very sensitive issue that anyone can suffer unfortunately.On first use of GentleCath Air i could not believe the difference it has been such an ordeal for me and these are a god send.Feel very grateful for being able to use these and appreciate more than words can describe.Thank you amcare.❤️

I’m writing this in frustration due to…
I’m writing this in frustration due to the number of times I have had to contact this company, chasing orders.
I have contacted this company 4 times this week alone and been assured that my parcel will be delivered. Today I received a notification from the delivery company say that they cannot deliver my prescription. I’ve waited for two weeks and am now confined to bed until the product arrives. Unbelievable service by amcare not for the first time. I will be looking elsewhere for a new provider. Just not good enough from a company who doesn’t care.

We have since received confirmation that your parcel has now been delivered. However, we fully recognise that this does not undo the inconvenience, concern, and repeated follow-up this situation caused.
Our Customer Care Senior Manager, James, has attempted to contact you personally to discuss your concerns and will try again later today. We are committed to understanding exactly what happened and doing everything we can to learn from this experience and restore your confidence in our service.

Great customer service
Immediate contact with service provider was very much appreciated. The person I spoke to listened with understanding and gave sound advice based on my requirements. They were knowledgeable about the Convatec products and this too was much appreciated.

Amazing staff
I've recently switched to Amcare for my stoma supplies. I can't speak highly enough about this company. The staff are extremely pleasant and very supportive!! Nothing is too much trouble. I've dealt with Nicola on a few occasions now and she's been amazing!! She's so understanding and she really cares. She solved a problem for me so I honestly can't thank her enough...she's a credit to Amcare. Thanks so much ❤️

Fiona was so helpful to me,she kept sending me out different stoma products to try because I was having loads of trouble with the one's I was using.
