This is the first time I used click and collect at Ambala. The samosas were freshly made and everything was delicious.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Asif in the Norbury branch. Required a 5kg wedding basket and honestly he went above and beyond our expectations to produce the final product. Asif, a pat of the back my brother. A huge thanks again.

Ordered 9 boxes of mixed for the birth of my grandson with the blue ‘ boy’ sleeve over the boxes but no sleeves available so had to take boxes as they were which was very disappointing.

The sweets came well packaged and on time.
They were fresh and delicious.
I worried about the Aakebox takeover of Ambala however, the quality and taste remains high.

I was very disappointed with the delivery service. I ordered this for a small event on Monday, 13 July, expecting it to arrive that day, but it never did. Instead, it was delivered the following day, Tuesday, 14 July, by which time it was no longer needed. Unfortunately, the late delivery made the order pointless and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

I have been ordering from Ambala online for several years now and thankfully, I have never been disappointed either with ease of the process, the quality of its products (the best in the UK), the careful packaging and the delivery. Keep it up.

The parcel was booked on 09 July to deliver before 12 pm next day to my client's office. I paid extra charge.
Around half eleven on 10 July, I received text from DPD saying it'll be delivered between 16.18-17.18! Thereafter I called Ambala and reported this and requested by any means this to be delivered by 2 pm as the client's office generally finishes early on Fridays and mentioned that the perishable goods inside the parcel will go off. They said someone will call me. No one called back. I rang again after 30 mins and received same response from Ambala. Eventually they sent me an email saying this will be investigated.
The parcel was delivered at 16.47, DPD didn't provide any signature evidence only a photo of the box. This is a complete mess! Can you enquire whom the driver delivered the box or did he keep at the door step?
Please provide a full explanation ASAP as this is a total failure from both Ambala & DPD.

Delicious besan ladoos and timely delivery

It was first time I ordered Pakistani sweet online. I live in Australia and checked which outlets accept online order and deliver. I could find only Ambala sweets. There may be some others.

I was bit concerned how my order will be dealt. It was very well organised. Got notifications at each stage. Delivery window of full day was also reduced to 1 hour.

Full marks
