Very satisfied with the look and quality of the wigs from Amanda Hair. I have received so many compliments on the look and color. This company is my new go to for wig purchases. In addition delivery is swift and dependable.

I placed an order and reached out to have my wig cap customized. Emily immediately responded to me and assured me they would be able to customize my sizing and it wouldn’t affect my delivery date by much. I really appreciated how prompt and professional she was as this is my first time ordering from them.

I ordered a 300 density loose deep wavy wig 28 inch in that’s not what I received! I have emailed them no response! I just want my money back the wig looks nothing like the the picture advertised!

I have purchased 3 wigs from Amanda, and I love them. The caps are super comfortable, and I love that they have an adjustable strap in the back. I get compliments all the time. I have very thin hair and have always been self-conscious about it, but this wig gives me confidence. I plan to buy more.

Trying to return a wig following their own return policy requirements I have emailed them 3 times and have requested the return and sent them pictures of the wig which is in the return policy requirements. The wig took 3 weeks to get and the customer service and the shipping time is horrible. DO NOT Buy from this company you will be taking a huge risk!!!!

Although the delivery took longer than I’m used to (I usually get my wigs in three days) I like the color although I wish it could have been more blonde color in the wig. Other than that it was great, curls great etc…..

I ordered a wig It wasn't the color or the length that I ordered I paid over $300.00 dollars for a wig that was nothing like the photo I tried to return and get a refund AMANDA would not give me my refund stating it's in there policy not to return custom wigs amanda offered me $15.00 US this is a terrible company please take your business else ware they are a FRUAD customer service is horrible I'll never purchase from amanda ever again

Ive ordered several wigs from Amanda hair, the quality same been so great and im a beginner. Easy hair and lace to work with. Always melts down!!! Customer service has been great to when I was looking for my package they responded back in a timely matter.

First off I ordered my wig and didn't get it until 3 weeks later then they wig i received didn't look like the one they were advertising First time getting a wig from them and it will be my last

Terrible Quality & Misleading Return Policy
I ordered a 30-inch curly wig, and what I received was completely unacceptable. The lace was an unnatural orange colour, making it unusable, and there wasn’t even enough hair density to create a proper middle parting. It looked nothing like the pictures advertised, which is extremely misleading.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the company to return the item, I was told they were unable to accept a return—despite clearly stating on their website that they offer a 30-day return policy. This is completely dishonest and very frustrating.
The wig is still in the exact same condition as when I received it—I haven’t tampered with it at all—yet they continue to drag out the return process with no resolution.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor quality product, false advertising, and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought my first 2 wigs from Amanda Hairs and they are both very beautiful and very thick density. I do Highly recommend them!

Do not waste your money and time on this website. I purchased a wig a few weeks ago and the wig does not look anything like the picture. The wig is a piece of crap. I also have submitted pictures and the seller is giving the runaround about a refund.
