I ordered the hair 2 weeks before going on holiday. I then wrote an email explaining that I needed the before I left for my holiday. They assured me they will deliver and they sure did. Their hair quality is top tier and 5/5 for the customer service

The wig I ordered was 250 density, the wig I received was thin. Do not order from this company.

The product is satisfactory, however, an improvement in shipping logistics would be beneficial as the current delivery times are quite extended.

very disappointed in Amanda hair, shipping times are crazy, i had to wait weeks to receive 2 wigs that were so thin you can see through them. they smelled very weird and gross. Amanda hair does NOT honor their 30 day return policy because they state the wigs were “customized” even though i did not request ANY customizations whatsoever. Now im stuck with 2 wigs that I can’t even wear because they are so thin, both of these wigs combined would not even make one bundle of hair. I ordered hair from a different company 1 week after I ordered from Amanda and I still received that order before I received my order from Amanda! poor quality, poor company, do not order from them if you actually want what you’re paying for!!!

Amanda Hair is top tier 💯 I never had a bad experience! I would love to be a affiliate for this wig company. So far my favorite. All of the wigs are full from root to ends, the lace is very easy to melt, and the hair is very light weight ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 10 out of 10 for me.

I ordered have ordered two wigs from Amanda Hair and was satisfied with each order. Both wigs arrived as described. The second wig was a custom order and the vendor was very responsive to questions I had about the wig while the customizations were being made. Will definitely be purchasing again soon!

UPDATE they did NOT promptly cancel, it took 2 days of them emailing me back and forth trying to convince me to still take the order, they ignored me and deleted my comments on every social media platform. I will be going back to the other wig company YOU know the NICE one! I have never been treated like this before by a company, absolute shysters. Definitely lost my business now, and I buy a lot of expensive hair! Not from you that's for sure.

Don’t waste your money on this company. I bought a wig from them. Shipping was super slow. Then when the wig finally showed up, it didn’t look nothing like the picture on their website. The return policy is to ship it back at your own expense to all places China. 😡

Do NOT BUY! I ordered an ombré hair that was advertised as layers and really pretty and they sent me a black wig with the ends colored brown which was different from the advertised one on their page and the density I ordered was 250 grams but they sent me a 180 grams wig and It took about a month to get it. I reached out to them with pictures to let them know and they told me it was not returnable as it’s custom colored and offered me $20 refund on a wig that was almost $300. If I could add pictures here I will so people can see and avoid them. On social medial both instagram and TikTok a lot of people have the same issue and they completely ignore you and filter their comments on the website to only show the good reviews so that you can order more hair. You guys should count your days because you’ll soon be cancelled!!!
