Antony was very prompt, professional friendly and helpful on delivery. Really can’t fault him in any way. Went above and beyond considering access was tricky.
Delivery driver Anthony was brilliant, disappointingly the trickle vents were missing, which took over three weeks and two deliveries to arrive. They were very apologetic, but if correct procedures... Se mere

Great quality and fantastic customer service
The door and window we ordered came on time and are beautiful and well made. The customer service was incredible anytime I needed to chat to someone. I will definitely use this company again and can highly recommend for quality at a reasonable price.

Their communications are abysmal
Their communications are abysmal - don’t reply to emails and if you call them takes several calls to get an answer; they didn’t deliver on time. Product and delivery was good and helpful, good quality it’s a shame their customer service lets them down. Lack of comms and aftercare is a shame. Delivery service was brilliant, driver went above and beyond.

Customer service awful
Customer service awful. Door arrived damaged, hard to get through on the phone, advised I had been sent an email saying a new lock was on its way but no email and two weeks later still no lock!! Company did not care my property was unsecured, I have had to source my own lock. Would not recommend.
Despite the reply below advising a replacement was issued, I have yet to receive this! Please provide evidence of delivery as it is now 23.03.26 and no replacement received!

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
You reported a failed top shootbolt to us, and a replacement was issued promptly. In many cases, this can be reset on site to avoid the need for a replacement; however, we understand you advised that your fitter was unable to do this.
At no point did this issue leave your property unsecured. The door is fitted with a 7-point multi-locking system, and the shootbolt is just one of those locking points.
A replacement shootbolt was dispatched the following day after your email, so we are disappointed to hear that you chose to purchase one independently.
Thank you for your feedback.
