Aluminium Trade Windows Anmeldelser

i ordered my window back in July. Aluminium trade windows quickly responded with confirmation of the order and asked me to confirm the sizes were correct. Since then, and despite numerous attempts (email and live chat) its been impossible to get an update on the estimated delivery time scale (despite their blurb saying this is provided within 72 hrs of ordering). I'm hoping the window is great, if it ever arrives, but I'm not holding my breath as their customer service/support is absolutely shocking

Great tracking app - delivery time was constantly updated and the driver arrived to the minute! Tony was polite, friendly and very helpful. Would def recommend and will purchase again
Many thanks

Product looks great! Delivery was easy and stress free- thanks Anthony!

Ordered a back door.
1) It arrived late, and had pen markings on it
2) Handles missing, arrived even later
3) Handle didn't fit, contacted them but they never replied, had to make my own adjustments.
4) They offered £10 for a review on Trustpilot but then never paid.
5) Ordered packing/screws set. It had no bridge packers, which are essential, and screws were excessively long. Had to purchase my own packers and long drill, probably better to not bother with this set and buy my own.

Overall: Door turned out ok, but experience could have been better.

Excellent, delivery driver Antony was very speedy and professional! Thanks

Very good all round, delivery was on the day which was arranged and I had to change address due to being away, no issues and communication/reply’s were fast via email. Good quality and happy customer

Great company to deal with and great price point for the windows. They answered all of my many, many questions prior to order. The order process was very straight forward and communication from order to delivery was excellent.
The windows themselves are of excellent quality and whilst I was nervous that the glazing came separately with the frames, the instructions for installing were comprehensive and easy to follow.
I would certainly recommend and use again.

Antony was very cheerful as soon as he arrived. He helped carry the windows and glass to wherever I specified. He answered my questions and chatted away about windows and his work. He was a pleasure to deal with and a lovely person all round.
