Since joining Altrix, I have to say it's the best agency ever. All thanks to Jamie (Jamie Lloyd-Watson).
I had a lot of inquiries and needed help during the recruitment process as it is my first time joining an agency, and I am really appreciative of Jamie’s patience and unwavering support. Jamie responded to my emails/calls right away and always kept me informed of any updates. Thanks to Jamie my whole requirement process went very smoothly and I had no issues whatsoever when joining the agency. Because of his extensive knowledge and understanding, he is an invaluable member of the Altrix team.

I have been with a few nursing agencies over the last few years, but Altrix is amazing! Quick process to book shifts and always very helpful. My consultant Jamie always goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is sorted and is the most helpful consultant I’ve had! He is honestly the sweetest and most courteous person, and not to forget how friendly and approachable he is! Always doing the most to help me find shifts! Thank you Altrix & Jamie! :)

My consultant Paige is an absolute super star 🌟, I've been a nurse for over 12 years and met many unique characters but this star goes above and beyond, I can't thank her enough for her support during my registration process.

I find my Altrix consultant Jamie to be very helpful and courteous both on the phone and over emails. He is always professional and friendly in dealing with any issues and helping to book shifts. Any issues I have or queries are responded to in a timely manner. Jamie will always follow on a phone call with a follow up email outlining what was discussed, which I find very helpful.

Jamie my consultant is brilliant and by far the best I have had in while. He is extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. He tries his best to sort any issues I may have and is always available, and if he's on the phone when I call he always rings me straight back.
Altrix has an agency have always be a good agency to work for, the app makes it easy to book shifts, upload documents etc. However just as of late the availability of shifts is very poor however I don't know if this is the norm for agency work at the moment. My only is issue is the pay system, currently I'm PAYE and the payments are very sporadic the money is never in my account at the same time on pay day and can even be really late in the evening/night and sometimes has even been the following morning which is no good when you are waiting to be paid. Most other companies your payments go in at midnight so you wake up to funds in your account.

Have sold my details to other companies so that I am getting constant emails and phone calls. I don’t have a contract with any other agency so the only possible company that can have shared these details is Altrix. Have spoken to colleagues and they are also having the same issue.

Much appreciation goes to Elisha for the great support she has given me since she took me on as my compliance advisor. She has been reliable, compassionate, with excellent customer service skills. Keeping me updated about the application process and guiding through. I feel confident being part of Altrix team working with staff like Elisha. I believe I will be able to work effectively within my role as a nurse

Amazing team!
I am working with Altrix for the last 3 years and I love the freedom that I have in choosing my own shifts without having to call anyone to book me for work. Timesheet submission and payments are quick and easy. Thank you to my consultant Tracey Clay who is very dynamic, attentive and very helpful by solving issues in a timely manner.
